Subway really went down in the quality of their food. Purchased a Roasted Chicken and pepperoni .Their bread was not fresh, their toppings reduced, and was all around disappointing. They also got rid of a lot of good breakfast items like healthy egg whites as an option. Get back to quality and put a little love into making your subs or your business will keep getting negative reviews.

First time at this store and going to the drive-thru. The only problem I had is there was mustard in between my sandwich cut. I didn't have mustard or any sorts of that. So I possibly suggest cleaning or wiping off the knives you cut the subs with before moving to the next sub.

There were two women working when I went it today. An older and a younger. As I was waiting politely and patiently to order, the older woman constantly kept gripping and complaining about being at work. She kept being quite passive aggressive towards customers, whether they were in the drive-thru or inside. More so to those in the drive-thru. Then proceeded to tell a customer they had no churros only because they were frozen even though the younger girl was making me one, which was frozen.Majority of people have worked some sort of food service or retail. We know what it's like when life isn't all to great but we try our best and then we go get food and hear someone who is completely ungrateful and just whining the whole time and it makes people's feel negatively. No one wants to hear that. Everyone is having troubles. Probably those that are way worse than having a job and making money. Grow up. I'm so sick of this attitude public when I am trying to eat or shop. No one wants to hear you cry about petty, insignificant problems when they might be trying to enjoy a meal with their family. Quit your job or go back to school.

Fairhaven Farm

We went in 10/29/23 for lunch. Took about 20 minutes of standing in line behind a couple other customers before we were able to order our 2 sandwiches. I think it's important to mention that we tried to present our coupon BEFORE ordering and the girl taking food orders at the counter said, "Just hold onto the coupon and present it at the cash register ". After the sandwiches were made, we tried to scan our coupon and only then, were told their coupon "system" had been giving them problems all day. Now here's where the issue with the store management begins: Our sandwiches should have been about $12 with coupon, but since they couldn't redeem the coupon, it was gonna be $21!!!! One of the girls called the off-duty manager who told her they had to charge full price. I said "Tell your manager that if we are gonna be charged full price, we won't pay. Issues with your machine makes your problem, my problem, and the food will be wasted".So instead of doing the smart thing, the manager decides that it's better to throw away 2 sandwiches, and let 2 ticked-off customers walk out. Let me be clear.... this was NOT the fault of any of the nice ladies working the counter that day.AS FAR AS THE MANAGER: Seems like the professional, customer service thing to do would have been to take our $12, let us have the food, and later, when the coupon scanner is working, enter the sale into the cash register, and all is well. Instead, the food was unnecessarily wasted, and we will go to the Subway in Walmart from here on out. Swing and a miss from this Subway.

Place has gone straight down hill I use to work there when it was fun and good but now it takes 20-30 minutes for 1 sub just for them to get it completely wrong I don’t understand how it takes so long and so wrong terrible

Tried to use drive thru as we were headed back to Indy. One car in front of us took forever (no room to pull out & leave) but when we got up there to order, last told us it would be a minute, was closer to 10 minutes so we ended up leaving! I wouldn't bother with this establishment!
