Subway really went down in the quality of their food. Purchased a Roasted Chicken and pepperoni .Their bread was not fresh, their toppings reduced, and was all around disappointing. They also got rid of a lot of good breakfast items like healthy egg whites as an option. Get back to quality and put a little love into making your subs or your business will keep getting negative reviews.
I usually go to the one located inside Walmart but they weren't open so I went to this one. I went thru the drive thru. It was not busy at the drive thru and did not look busy inside and it took them 10 minutes before they asked for my order. Then I sat at the window waiting to pay and for my food another 10 minutes. Subway seems to never be in sync no matter which location you go to. Poor staff that gets trained poorly and then left alone to fend for themselves is crazy. Last visit things didn’t go as planned but the poor gal made up for what happened. Do a better job training and supporting your staff all around. Teach them what a melt is and how to make it.
