Two separate times we've gone well before closing and they say they are closed. Tonight arrived at 935. Online and on the door says they close at 10. I asked what ti.e they close and she obviously lied and said 8. If they actually closed at 8 she would've done had everything cleaned up and gone.
Didn't bother to toast it or cut it. Menu item literally calls for that. Whatever.

Went to this location. Was out of town. Ordered a sub in a tub and 2 other sandwiches. Paid for it. The worker told me they were out of forks. I couldn't eat the salad. I asked for a refund. The worker told me he couldnt do it because he was underage. 16 to be exact. I asked of there was someone that could. He said no. I asked your alone? He told me yes. He worked from 11-9. So if no one is here how do you get breaks? I asked for the supervisor number or someone I could contact. I got his supervisors number and left a message. Explained the situation and that I was worried about a 16 year old working alone with no one to relieve him and that I'd be calling cooperate. Alissa to be exact called me back. Very Very rude. Saying I left threatening messages. I said I would call cooperate for them to look into this because how is that okay????Which if a child is being taken advantage of, which it does happen hence the child labor laws. I gave her the courtesy of talking to me first before I did. But after how she acted and treated me is not okay either. I didnt do this to get him in trouble and now I think she's going to get mad at him for it. Terrible terrible customer service by her. Tells you that's how she operates and now makes me wonder if he wasn't telling the truth!

Tried to get a sub on Thursday and the worker just left for 45 minutes. Lights on, store open, lid on the meats up. She struts back in with a cart and items from Walmart and acted like she wasn't gone. We had to tell other customers that she might not come back.

The food was great - Subway has done a great job improving that. I really like the suggestions they now have. This location was not busy when I visited and did not have pickles available which is hard to believe. There were also none of the foot long cookies. The service was acceptable.

The young man working was great , he was very young but extremely polite. I felt sorry for him. Everytime we asked for something he had to run and get it because the previous shift didn't fill the sauce bottles or anything. He apologized and said he was by himself. I thought it was illegal for a minor to be unsupervised like that. I asked him how old he was. He was 15. I ordered a buffalo chicken sub and the bread on this thing is probably from a week ago it was falling apart in my hand it was so dry..

One sandwich was shorted on meat, the other was shorted on cheese. One girl just wanted to get off the clock as fast as possible, and the other guy looked like he didn't finish training.

This place is always under staffed and can't keep employees. The employees they do have look so tired and worn out. Sandwich is never good. The veggies are always old looking. Flies always around and on the food.

The lady Jessica custom service was phenomenal. She was the only one working but got thru the line quickly. Fresh bread. Just overall an amazing service !!! Thanks for go above n beyond within the time of a pandemic.
I always look forward to going here on my breaks at Walmart. Coworkers are mostly friendly, dining area is always clean. And shoutout to employee Josh for always knowing my order and giving me the best service in the restaurant! Best Subway in town!
Josh was a great help! I'm super nit-picky about how much everything goes on my sub and the meat and vegetables were proportioned exceptionally. He is such a hard worker and I can tell how much effort he puts into his job. One of my best experiences with a worker at this subway so far. Will come back!
