If your lobby is closed lock the dam door like every other restaurant since the dawn of the door lock and Change your dam sign and online to show that fact didn't think that had to be explained door's open sign says open people come in. Maybe hire something other then crackheads and underachieving high school drop outs and maybe it would take less then 45 mins to get food out and all the the stuff that ordered. Before anyone says anything I started my work history in a dam kitchen not something as easy as fast food a actual restaurant where instructions weren't on the wall you actually had to have more then two brain cells to rub together

Shout out to “Jess’s night crew” I came here Thursday night with some buddies, in total we ordered 12 burritos and a few other items. It was 95 dollars and the 2 or 3 people working were kind enough to serve us despite how much we wanted to order. I tipped them, the service was very fast, employees kind and took our order with care. This taco bell is great ??

The sidney toco bell sucks we ordered from door dash. When we received our order we was missing 1 chicken quesadella so I went to there location and was totally ignored by everyone. I understand that your location was super busy, but you cannot ignore customer no matter what or how busy you are

Placed an online order for taco bell and it was quick and easy. The lady at the speaker was super polite, food was correctly made and hot. Very pleased with my visit todayParking: Parking lot has plenty of spaces and the drive through line curves around the last line of the spots making it convenient for both dine in and drive through vehicles.

Decided to go inside, where there are currently 6 employees working, and place our order. A gentleman walked in after us, got his food before us, and we continued to wait for 15 minutes. Along with being that late, 3 of our food items for forgotten and 1 was just wrong. There are maybe 2 other customers in the building and the drive-thru was not super busy either… one woman was working hard of the 6… and you want to raise minimum wage? Okay…

Staff is rude slow and careless with preparation place is disgusting! Employees are all incompetent all I wanted was a craving box a 5$ box that's it the guy said he had no idea what that was even tho it's on the menu so much for that pregnancy craving my husband didn't want to repeat himself for a 4th time how could you have no idea what a cravings box is when you work there! Shut this place down and put in a Popeyes chicken where they at least know what's on there menu!
Food was not the best. Beans were dry and pastey. Nacho Cheese was somehow burnt, and the nachos were so bad I didn't even finish them. They tasted like they'd bathed in grease.
