Definitely do not recommend. Food was terrible, salmon burnt on the outside, tasted bitter and cold on the inside. Baked potato so cold the butter didn't melt. The waitress didn't even ask how anyone's food was.

Beautiful interior with lots of dark wood wainscoting, a carved wood bar, oak molding, and a stamped tin ceiling. Unfortunately, the food was fair, at best. The beef stroganoff was served without beef. The Faroe Island salmon was overcooked and dry. The salads and salad dressings were good, but the bread was so-so. The server did not know the menu and did not remember who ordered what when the food came. Lovely restaurant but probably wouldn't return.

This is by far the WORST restaurant I have ever been to bar none! First off they brought out cold prime rib and the manager who by the way was very rude, admitted that the machine was unplugged. Then proceeded to ask if they could just simply throw it on the grill, which is not how you cook prime rib. Then I asked if I could just have a steak instead and he gave me all kinds of attitude about it. Other members of my party had been served steak with a rotten smell to it and not cooked properly.

Overall the staff and management here are the worst I have ever seen! The food is flat out gross! Do not eat here you will regret it!

My food was great, I was drinking Mic Ultra. Ask for a second beer and the keg tapped. Maddison gave me a half of a beer and walked away. 20 min. Late Maddison returned and said I am out of ultra on tab would you like a bottle, I said you never gave me a option. I really wanted another beer but not tonight.
Way to end my night on a downer.
Thanks
Al

The calamari was amazing. The ribeye was one of the best we've ever had. The staff made the experience a pleasure. We will be recommending Bridges to our friends and family.

We had a surprise birthday for my dad's 70th at the bridge. We had about 12 at our table. We ordered our food, there were 4 that ordered burgers, steaks, chicken a few apps.. After over an hour of waiting, all of our food including my dad's came out cold and all at once. The mashed potatoes were cold and flavorless, our steaks were overcooked and hardened, we were told there were only two hamburgers they had left so my son had to change his order to the pecan Chicken. It came out 40 minutes later and was was cold and slimy.. none of us ate much of our food, as the steaks were barely edible. We did let our waitress know about our calamari appetizer being cold, but it took another 30 minutes for it to be remade. Needless to say, we didn't bother asking them to correct our dinners as we would have been there yet another hour. We had showed up right at 4 as soon as they opened on Friday, it wasn't even that busy yet. All in all, the bill for for my family of 4 people was $230 and we ended up leaving hungry.
The restaurant is absolutely lovely and a gorgeous atmosphere.. but unfortunately the food was terrible and there was barely any service. Not our waitresses fault as she explained they were understaffed and there were new cooks in the kitchen which is why our food didn't turn out however I still then had to clean all the plates from the table myself just for us to move on with the birthday and my dad's cake.
It was a huge disappointment for our group.
We had some dates here a little over 10 years ago and I remember the food being amazing.. and I fully expected the higher prices coming back however their food and service no longer reflects this pricing for 2025.

For the price the food was mediocre at best. I had shrimp and scallops, my wife chicken and all just average. To be fair I did have two drinks and we had a starter but when your bill for dinner for two is over $125 I would expect an excellent meal. Additionally it was well over an hr between the time we ordered and were actually served dinner.

Wonderful service and exceptional food! The coconut sea bass was out of this world.

The food was amazing, great service, amazing atmosphere. It's pretty pricey but it was worth it for a nice dinner with my wife, with live music.

My husband and I were very excited to have a reservation. We have lived in Sidney our whole lives and just got to try the Bridge for the first time tonight for Valentine's Day. We walked in and the atmosphere was awesome and the expectations high. All seemed well as we sat down and looked at the Valentine's Day menu which was limited. I expected this I understand why they do it, however my husband of simple taste was a little nervous to try new things. Congratulations the spinach artichoke dip blew his mind. However after being there for an hour that is all we were served. I asked for draft beer and got a bottle of Miller lite. We got no salads which was included in the price. Had I known we would only receive some of the meal and how long it took I would have not paid that much. An hour and a half before the waiter comes out with our meal. By two hours we got our desert to go. I am extremely disappointed as it was our first time at the bridge and had expectations that we're not met for the price paid. I could have gone to Texas Roadhouse and got food twice as fast for half the price. I hope to be able to have the chance to redo the visit with better service. I feel the experience could have been better. I must say the food was delicious though when we did get it.
