Haven't tried the food yet, but waited about 12 minutes inside at the counter for someone to take my order. There was no line and they were not busy. There were many workers taking drive thru orders. They wouldn't even make eye contact with me as I waited patiently. Just left the store due to poor service.

This location is always below par. Always out of products. Service is slow. I'm a doordasher and they don't even look to see if they have any orders until I'm there to pick it up. I avoid this place as much as possible. Today an employee just started complaining about last nights closing shift and proceded to list all the things she had to do. The other day I heard an employee saying they don't think Tim Hortons food is good and how it's too expensive. Professionalism evades this place.

This place was really good before. I always bought a brewed hot coffee and bagel, but nowadays the coffee is not even warm and the bagel seems undercooked. And the wait time is longer now for some reason.

Mediocre coffee and terrible service/Management! I pulled into the drive-through at 5:15 in the afternoon on a Wednesday and watched 2 customers wait 45 minutes All the while they were closed at 5:20 in the afternoon! Employees were still inside, watching out the window. All the lights in the building were on the drive-through intercom was on as well. I will never give business to Tim Hortons of Sidney OH again.

This is the second time I have ordered ice caps within a couple week period of time and I don’t know what is going on with them because it’s definitely different. I’ve ordered from here several several times and the drinks have not been this way. I’m not sure why I keep getting diarrhea and gas and explosives and tummy turns and sweats. It’s ridiculous, I mean it literally just put you on the toilet for days, I can’t believe that is happening again! Something is not right with those machines or something! Never again.
Edit: To the owner I went ahead and did what you said I would appreciate it if you could look over it. I’m very upset my family and I like to go here everyday to every other day but we are half afraid to even go back. This is embarrassing but at this point I’m not going to worry about it because something needs down. It’s happened to 3 of us. Thank you for your time and consideration.

The food, and service we got from the girl at the counter here with the orange jacket and grey Tim's shirt with a black visor on was Great! However her coworker with the yellow shirt on was just rude, we watched this woman shove our cashier when she was asking about how long our hashbrowns would be. She was also rude to us and tossed us our food after this interaction with "here's that food" and walked away immediately.
Like I said our cashier was perfectly fine but we we're worried about the poor girl after she had been shoved, and talked down to.

Drove through before work and had completed my order with a coupon before realizing I forgot my wallet and told them to disregard. The lady working told me to pull through and give her my coupon and she would take care of the rest. Even though it was only a dollar and some change I was warmed to know there are still people in the service industry willing to help out to make someone else’s day a little easier. Taking this as a sign to pay it forward!!

My husband and I stopped here on our way back to Michigan. It was very disappointing. He ordered an oreo ice cap and received a caramel one. I got a bagel with cream cheese. The bagel was stale and reminded me of a bagel at a hotel that's been sitting in a box for a week. We also ordered a strawberry cheesecake muffin to share. It was very dry.
I LOVE Tim Hortons and I hold them to a higher standard because they always meet the standard. I expected better.

Only problem I have with this Tim Hortons is that I get a plain bagel with cream cheese and I have to pay an extra $1.60 for the cream cheese but when I get the bagel it hardly has any cream cheese on it. There’s barely any that covers it. At least put $1.60 worth of cream cheese on it. I’m paying for it so I’d like to actually have it on my bagel.
