Went inside for a simple order of Timbits and a drink. It took 15 min. I ordered 40 timbit assortment. The girl said we are out of 40. I can do 20. I said well put the 40 in two 20's... *Cue weird lost look. Then I waited while they were busy doing other things. Finally they looked at me and said what are you waiting for? I said my 40 Timbitz?? Definitely need to work on their service and customer appreciation skills. It's not that hard peeps. I gave three stars because the Timbitz and drink were good.

This is my experience with this store. first, they do not accept Tim Horton's app and coupons, it is a corporate process, but this store is diffrent. The store and staff clean level is very low. The staff clothing were Dirty, That is very sad to be in a Tim Horton franchise and to see that kind of dirty atmosphere. However the staff were respectful, The prices also were a bit higher than a normal Tim Horton. I assume that's taken advantage because they are off of the highway. I don't recommend this location.

Had no donuts and the showcase was full of donuts but they only sell a couple kinds it’s absolutely ridiculous dont suggest this place.

StarShine Light

This is one of the most ratchet coffee shops in Sidney. The workers have constant attitude on the drive through speakers, who argue with customers through the speaker. This is the second time I’ve been so frustrated with the “customer service” or lack thereof, that I’ve driven away from the drive through without purchasing anything. Timmy Ho’s- you’re losing customers due to the egregious disrespect your employees exemplify on a daily basis. I’ll go to High Grounds from now on, where they value their customers and their business!

Went to buy donuts. We were buying a dozen donuts for 8 kids and 4 adults. Here is the problem they had 5 double chocolate, 4 white frosting with sprinkles. We could only buy 2 double chocolate and 1 with sprinkles because they had to keep 3 on the shelf. Sure they had plenty of donuts but they wouldn’t sell them! Pure insanity! Never we will go back, and instead of multiple coffees and a dozen donuts. Zero!!!

I’ve been to this location twice. Last Saturday the food was fine but the lady on the intercom was very rude. She asked what I wanted to order and I told her I had placed an order online and heard nothing but silence for over a minute so I asked her if he heard me and she got rude and told me yeah just give her a minute and then I waited another two minutes before she told me to pull forward. Today I ordered again and they messed the entire order up. 5 of my donuts were wrong and the latte I ordered they made iced instead of hot like I ordered. Neither of which I caught until after I got home and the last thing I went to do after waking up early from the kids is drive all the way back to get it fixed. I’ll never be back again.

Mid at best. If you have better options for coffee, go there. Staff was indifferent about customer service, just there to collect a paycheck. Should have known by the fact that the parking lot was empty to keep on driving.

Slow service, rude employees and the food is either never ready or made incorrectly. Save your money and go elsewhere, somewhere that treats you like a decent human being. Manager and her daughters are stuck up brats that will degrade you in their drive thru

The service is always slow and usually served with sass and attitude. The atmosphere is toxic and full of hatred and judgement. The food is far less than par. The manager and her two kids work there and the attitudes are atrociously disgusting as well as anyone who works for them. I do not recommend stopping here if you don’t have to. Come visit our Tim’s in Piqua, they have better manners, polite customer service and the food actually looks like the pictures and not something found in the garbage.
