Got the 3 cheese Chicken and that tomatoes sauce pairs so well. Got me my beach bum protein drink too. It is a staple of Tropical Smoothie. This store is super clean, bathrooms clean, and the service was super zippy at 11:50am on a Thursday. Being in a strip mall, I am surprised they are not slammed. But looks like they can handle anything.

Most delicious lunch I've had in a very long time. I'm an avid fast food eater but decided to try something healthier today. OMG! I'll never eat Wendy's or BK again! I had the turkey bacon ranch sandwich and it was amazing! My lunch was $5 less that what fast food normally costs me...and as an added bonus I didn't feel bloated and ill after eating. I'll be back!

Now if you are going in for small talk like a sit down restrunt is now are they going to smile 24/7 no but the service is what you exspect out of a smoothie place that is chain but over all they are frendly. The food is realy good now atmosphere no they are not giving you the fealing like you where on the linands but they do there best sence they are in Sidney Ohio key word Sidney Ohio it is a little bit tricky to give you the tropical fealing in Ohio but they do on what they have. But over all good food and cooked in a timely matter.

Establishment is brand new so it was very clean And had a great flow. But the atmosphere kind of feels like you are a burden to the employees just as you walk in there. No greeting, no smiles But you immediately get asked, “are you ready to order?” Still with no facial expression. Food was quick & delicious but if you want to make a lasting impression as you’re new to the area focus on customer interaction.

I used to live in Springfield and enjoyed Tropical Smoothie. The guy behind the counter, no offense to him, but could not speak English at all and was very difficult to work with. he was nice but just didn’t speak English. Secondly, I got the Thai salad and got like three pieces of chicken and a child size salad for $8.50. The smoothie is always good but nothing to brag about. The five teenagers that I was with spent over $20 a meal and they all left hungry very very disappointing. The atmosphere is good, but they have very little seating. Just not interested in returning.
