Been buying donuts here from time to time for a few years, always been fantastic. Today I sent a Coworker to get us a dozen.. talk about stale. Not even like day old these had to be 2-3 days old. $23 for trash. Couldn't even eat these they were disgusting! I will definitely go elsewhere after today

There was only a couple of doughnut choices left, which I understand was because I was a later morning customer. However, the lady who packed up my doughnut order was not the friendliest, I felt she was rushing me. A smile with patience goes a long way.

I have always been a customer in this place but something that I do not like is that this lady always asks you to tip is one if the tip deserves the e seeing to attend sometimes without gloves. I don't know what this filling is called, he has a red face apparently works on Saturdays

I absolutely love their donuts, the Boston cream donuts are amazing, they are soft and the cream isn't gritty or tastes like coconut like Walmart bakery or Tim Hortons. I get a dozen for my family about once a week if I can.
Kid-friendliness: My kids love going in and picking the donuts, the lady that works there is the sweetest and so patient! Always has a smile and great customer service!
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp that leads up to the door.

Ulbrich's has fresh donuts and pastries. There is a wide variety to choose from. Coffee and a small selection of bottled drinks are available if eating in the small cafe. Tables and seating area are always clean.

Great doughnuts, if the ones you like are there. Not consistent on what there is on choices. The common glaze, is not always there. The apple fritters, went from daily, to Thursday and Friday, and now, you're lucky to see them on the weekend. I understand that help is not what it was, and not enough of it, so this is just an FYI, in case you really want a certain type of doughnut.
