if you're ordering online their policy according to their people the people inside the building is first so you may have to wait like 4 hours to get your food
No stars because they are racist and refused to even take our order. Five employees sat around talking and the only skinny one slowly put gloves on only to ask if someone else could take my partner’s order. I am diabetic and needed to eat asap and was feeling very sick but they let us wait ten minutes and even after we left and came back a few minutes late they still acted like they didn’t see anyone again and laughed when he said okay I’ll just leave they thanked him for leaving and said we love you as they laughed together; four women and one man and no one was ordering or in line in front of us so there was no reason they couldn’t just take an order. Tried to call the store and the number said to press one to speak to team member and then when you press one it said it’s an invalid selection so they make it impossible to speak to a local manager of any kind. Worst experience and worst crew I have ever encountered after more than 25 years traveling the world and visiting other locations I don’t even want to go back to any location on the principle that your management in Ohio makes it easy for their staff to be racist and not be reported. One location can ruin the reputation for all and today they did just that due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of the team at this spot. I do not recommend anyone give them your business or trust them with your food. If they don’t care about professionalism when being watched by other customers then imagine how unsanitary they probably are when NOT being watched. Disgusting behavior from the entire crew!

We went to waffle house after work last night. A group of 10 of us. The one didn't even get his food until we were ready to leave and the sandwiches we ordered were burt along with the waffles. I could understand if they were busy but there was only one person in there when we got there.
