Always loved Wendy's as its had one of the best quality standards for fast food but now they replaced the sweet and sour sauce with some nasty chili sauce and its unacceptable. I'm not a big sauce person to begin with, I dont like barbeque, ranch or many other common sauces but looked forward to the sweet and sour sauce. Since Wendy's no longer has it, they lose in the competition from other fast foods.. I will be resorted to eat McDonalds now :( The food, service and atmosphere do not matter if you cant accommodate basic sauces/condiments for the food offered. Chicken nuggets without the right sauce is like fries without ketchup, or a burger with no toppings. What's the point? Might as well not even offer sauces or condiments at all if your going to be too cheap to continue to offer sweet and sour. Why stop there? Just dont offer anything and close down..

Girl at the window has AirPods in not paying attention. Didn’t say a word to me and rudely grabbed/gave my card back. When I pulled up to the window she was complaining about another co worker to someone saying things I shouldn’t be able to hear as a customer.

In today's day and age fast food sucks . Hire young kids who don't care and don't take pride in their work and they think they should be making $20 per hour.
But this specific Wendy's is different . They have a good crew for sure . The food is almost ALWAYS hot and fresh. It gives me hope for the future of fast food . Thankyou !!

Food is always good, maybe not always accurate based on order. Most of the staff are nice, some seem to take their problems and share them with the customers. Management is a little high strung don’t want to help when the store is busy. But the food is always good! No doubt about that.
