Had to stand in line for 15 minutes because cashier was doing two jobs.Had 8 people working and I only had 2 people in front of meAnd then it costs 24 $ for 2 burgers 1 fry and 2 small frosties8$ more and I could have had a real meal from cracker barrel.PRICES ARE RIDICULOUS

We came during the eclipse, so it was VERY busy inside. The ladies working were SO kind despite the chaos. I have never had better service before…truthfully. The food came out within 3 minutes and it was hot and fresh. Delicious! Jackie and Deb were AMAZINGLY kind and helpful! They deserve a RAISE!

This wendys is always on point with my orders. I do mobile ordering to save money and utilize points and coupons. My food is always good and the workers are always nice.

I left my wallet at home while driving to Sidney (30mins away from my home for an appt). I used DoorDash pick up after scanning and making sure I could pick up through the drive through (nothing stated I couldn’t). After sitting in the drive thru line for 20 mins I was rudely told I must come inside. As I tried to ask for an exception due to my child being autistic and getting in and out, crowds, and the cold wind are all triggers I was interrupted with being told repeatedly I must come inside. When trying to explain to the staff the issue and that they should make it apparent that these orders must be picked up inside to make people aware the lady smirked and said yep I get it in a condescending manner and continued on. The fries were cold and soggy by this point. It was a bad experience all the way around and this location was not special needs friendly at all!

This is the best Wendy's I have been to in a few years. They have not missed an order of mine yet, even on a busy Saturday night, and also haven't taken more than 10 minutes to make my order.Parking: About 12 spots in front and several in the back
We enjoyed our stop at this Wendy's. It was warm inside, had booster seat and highchairs. The restaurant was clean, along with the updated bathroom. Also, offers family bathroom if needed. The food was hot and fresh.Kid-friendliness: Both highchair and booster seat

My fries were hot and freshhh!! It was very clean and well taken care of inside..I totally recommend the Blueberry-Pomegranate lemonade - so delish!? The employees that took my order were just odd though..
