Winans Coffee & Chocolate

Stopped by while I was driving through. The drink was fantastic and the service from the young woman who took my order and made my drink was great. Definitely a place I’ll stop again if I drive by the area.

Beautiful owners, beautiful shop, beautifully delicious coffee…. What else could you ask for?

She/they probably could be more knowledgeable about the chocolates & coffee drinks to make recommendations to first time customers. Good tasting coffee, but I had to skip any chocolate purchases because she couldn't tell me if they had truffles or bonbons, etc.

We had a rep call and ask if we wanted anything. As an office and it being my favorite place I chose here. Unaware of over the phone orders I had a co-worker place an order and the employee was rude, laughing and down unprofessional.

Called to place order and unaware that they do not take orders over the phone. Person spoke with did not give me a name and was SO RUDE. Absolutely awful. We definitely won’t be ordering our office drinks there anymore.

Winans is by far the best coffee I have had. I go everyday. I grew up in Piqua and went there as an Easter treat with my family. The girls at the Sidney location are the BEST! They greet everyone and they are prompt with service. The coffee is the best and the chocolates and pastries are amazing! All the girls know how I like my drinks no matter what kind I order. I want to say that I appreciate all of them and the hard work they put into the store everyday. Life long customer for sure.
