I had a cheeseburger. The burger itself was very tasty and the bun was very fresh. Had a very nice sauce. Margarita pizza is a little undercooked. You need a little more sauce and could be a little more crispy. I wanted it to be better.

My husband & I love this place! I have a gluten & dairy allergy so I’m difficult but Roman made it easy! He was on point, kind & knowledgeable. We had a great dinner after a long day of travel. Thank you, Roman & 56 Kitchen!!

I appreciated that there were several vegan items on the menu. Thank you.
I had the veggie burger, which was good, but on the bland side. The french fries were also bland and mostly limp instead of crispy. My friend had the Banh Mi sandwich, which tasted just like my veggie burger — it made me wonder if they were mainly the same thing in different formats. The atmosphere was relaxed and the server very nice and attentive.
