My brother ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich and it came out with the cheese, not melted at all. This had led to a complaint to the supervisor and she took care of the situation in a very humble and respectful manner. She took it into her own hands to hand-deliver a piece of melted cheese to my brother. Excellent service

This was my first time inside of a Chick-fil-A and it was very nice. My husband and I were heading back to PA from the Cleveland airport and it wasn't too far from the airport.
