This chipotle location is under horrible management. The manager is a complete idiot I asked how long on the chipotle honey chicken because it's my favorite. He says confidently 10 mins. 15 mins go by and ask how much longer he then says 25 mins I haven't dropped the chicken yet. Utterly rude and inconsiderate of people's time. Idk how he still has his job to be honest. I love chipotle and go to several locations across cleveland and ohio in general. This location has gone so downhill something needs to change asap. This is the first one star review I have ever given on Google that's how strongly I advise you don't visit this location. Between the staff not being properly trained on how to serve double serving and the lack of common sense with constantly running out of items due to poor planning, it's just plain sad.....

First time at this location and it was an unpleasant experience. I understand that staff likes to start cleaning up for closing but an hour and half early seems excessive. I showed up at 9:40pm, mind you the restaurant says it closes at 11pm. There were plenty of workers so lack of staff was not an issue. The customer service is nonexistent. The front counter gentlemen that took my order said “what do you want”, that is unprofessional. They did not have cheese and all the meat looked cold. The guac was brown. It was just a mess. I also had trouble with my card so it took a minute to pay and the gentleman that put my order together was muttering under his breath laughing and staring at me. Is there any consideration or common decency !? I don’t believe there was a manager in charger because I am a manager myself and this is unacceptable behavior. I SHOULD’VE done myself a favor and read the reviews before coming to this location. Please do better. This is unacceptable.

Ordered for lunch, the order should have been ready at 1:20 PM. Came to Solon Chipotle with my daughter. Since I’m sick I was in the car. My daughter went in to get the order. She came back out with the order at 1:42 PM. During this time my daughter asked twice if the order was being made and they said “Yes” and laughed. Horrible service. No apologies on their end.

This Chipotle is hands down one of the worst around. It's a complete joke. The staff always seems to be in a bad mood for no apparent reason, and their service is nonexistent. It’s the same disappointing experience every single time. They rarely have fajita veggies, and when it comes to cheese, you can forget about it—barely a sprinkle in the bowls or burritos. If they do add anything, it’s a massive dollop of sour cream, enough to serve three people. I used to hit up Chipotle regularly, but since this is the only one in my city and it’s such a letdown, I’ve cut back. Honestly, they might as well just close the place down. The service is terrible, the employees are a nightmare, and the whole experience is just the worst.

I went to this chipotle for my lunch break and I had to wait 5 minutes in an empty line during lunch (1:15pm) you would think someone would be there but no. There was a guy just chatting with another guy but nobody said anything, not even a “hey someone will be with you soon” just nothing.
So I ask politely if there is someone coming after 5 minutes and the guy has the nerve to tell me to calm down.
I ordered food and the guy kept messing up my order and at that point I didn’t care so I just rolled with it, I’m not mad about the guy messing up my order because I’m going to assume that he didn’t hear me and it’s not his fault that I didn’t correct him.
But for the guy who told me to calm down after I asked him calmly for help, that was unprofessional.
I’ve had problems with this chipotle in the past but I let it go because I assumed I was the problem.

You pay good money to live in a nice neighborhood, and it’s embarrassing that this Chipotle is such a disaster. It’s a total disgrace to the area! Every time I’ve given it another chance, it’s been filthy, disorganized, and out of basic ingredients. The city needs to shut it down for health reasons—if that doesn’t say enough, I don’t know what does.
The staff never seems to care, the service is slow, and the place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in days. It’s downright ghetto and a complete joke compared to other locations. I shouldn’t have to drive 10 minutes to Aurora just to get a halfway decent burrito.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Stay far away!

I’ve tried for years to not make a review because it’s been hit or miss. But lately it’s been straight miss, and it’s mainly the customer service. This chipotle has turned into the most ghetto chipotle ever. Horrible. The young ladies on the line are always socializing with each other, and they talk like they have no education. And I’m a black woman saying this. It’s sad that no one in that building cares about the integrity of the business enough to care how the speak or act in the presence of customers. The cashier had his phone on the line, showing the young lady on salsa a video in my face while I was trying to order. And then walked away as I was finishing my order and ready to check out…. absolutely no sense. I would say it’s time for Solon as a community to petition for Solon’s Chipotle to be shut down for good. We have Twinsburg, Aurora, and Macedonia as options and they all have much better service and FOOD. They make their food with 0 care at this location. You all need to do better or hire employees that care about the integrity of the business. I worked here when I was in high school and it’s sad to see how bad it’s gotten- I’m 29 now. I could go on and on because there’s been multiple instances of issues with service and food.
