I placed a catering order for 65 people 1 week in advance of the event. When I came to pick it up, at 11.15 am, the store was closed, nobody came to work. This is pathetic place.

This chipotle is one of the worst I’ve ever been to. They’re always out of fajitas, the employees are rude, and they charge me tax for take out orders all the time. I always get a water cup from all the chipotles I go to because of the high sodium content in the food, when I asked at this location, they told me “they don’t have water” and charged me 3.50 for their branded water bottle. They flat out lied to me when their soda dispenser clearly has a water option. This location needs some serious fixing it’s very upsetting bcs it’s the only one that’s nearby

Dismal experience using the app!!
Let me first say that the person preparing the Take out food clearly had a whip to his back, and he was doing a great job and was very friendly. So I have no complaints about the service. The food, however…
We ordered a bowl, Two bags of chips, and several sides and drinks. Nothing was missing. But…
The chips were chewy. I’m not kidding you, they were downright chewy. Both bags. Clearly not fresh. The guacamole and green chili tasted off. Not Spoiled, but some ingredient was clearly missing. The worst part, however, was the bowl, which was to be split between two people. We got someone else’s bowl, and unfortunately, that put a cap on ruining the entire meal. Nearly all of the ingredients that we don’t like were on it.
We also order double meat, and double some of the other ingredients that we like, so whoever ordered this bowl wanted something smaller. Not enough for two people, I can tell you that, but that was what we were paying for.
So I got back on the app and After filling in all the little screens, they gave me a free entrée coupon, which was great, Considering it was a pretty expensive bowl. So I will use the coupon, But I’m NOT going back to THIS chipotle. To the person who got our bowl, I hope you got back on the app and did the same thing.

Pretty abysmal experience. I ordered online for an 11:20am pickup, and finally got my food at 11:50. I understand things happen, but then the order wasn't right. What I got was ok, but that's a pretty low bar, really. I was also surprised that the store was a bit dirty, the kind of dirt that I'd expect a nighttime cleaning staff to eliminate. What's up with Chipotle?

Absolutely the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. They need to fire every employee here and start over. Never had a good experience in store, rude staff and extremely slow. Also, I ordered DoorDash here once and an hour after I ordered they still had not even started my order. Driver said employees were just sitting around talking.

This place is a complete disaster as most chipotles have become in the past few years. First they refused to give me a cup for water, and wanted me to pay for a cup to get water. Second the dining area a complete disaster, food and trash everywhere and trash cans completely overfilled. The staff clearly didn’t give a shit about customer experience or customer service at all, to be fair if I were them I probably wouldn’t as well. This is clearly all nothing but a very systemic leadership issue at many levels. The guy who appeared to be the manager had zero control over the grunts and became angry when a minor problem accrued. I think this problem is bigger than that up the chain. I’ve had problems in the past at this one, but the water cup thing just fully pissed me off and sent me over the edge. Haven’t been to a good chipotle in a while and don’t know if I ever will again….

Every visit to this store I have a bad experience of possibly waiting 20 minutes on chicken! It’s an ongoing thing. The guy in charge is usually always on his cell phone, which I find unsanitary working in the kitchen With a I can care less attitude! so I’m always suggesting if they can get me the chicken from the other section of the restaurant you use for Uber pick up????????? I always leave there with at least $40 worth of food every time the environment is toxic

I love Chipotle, but this location should be avoided at all costs. The poor management of this location is evidenced by the staff's carelessness, general nonchalance, mistakes, lack of attention to detail, and complete failure at customer service. I'm all about having a fun workplace, but when your employees continue their personal conversations instead of assisting customers, it's gone too far. Today, their ice machine was broken, so I asked if they had ice available in a different soda machine. The cashier turned around to ask someone else, another employee made a joke about how everything is broken, and the employee who was asked about ice said it was above his paygrade. Nobody actually attempted to assist me to get ice until I asked again. When I finally went to eat my food, I realized the meat was ice cold. Not like it had just cooled off in the 5 minutes between ordering and eating, but that it wasn't kept properly warm in the first place. I no longer trust this location to provide sanitary food or to get my order correct, and will not be coming back.

This was honestly quite gross… I don’t quite understand how you can serve undercooked rice to the masses but it was like i was eating small rocks. What a waste of money.

I walked in was waiting for 15 min they wasn’t prepared for the day , employees been in there since 6am ! And still store not ready I told thee manager that my break was not that long she insisted that I wait till they are done cleaning up for ECO to show up very rude she rolled her eyes very unprofessional ! Highly disappointed now I’m at work no food empty stomach I work in a factory I can only leave on my 30 min break now I have to wait til I get off witch is 3pm!! It’s 11am!!!
