Very poor service. Food orders are always late. Quality of food preparation is no where near quality of other store. My rice today was hard as a rock. Always getting incorrect order. Surprised to see this in the City of Solon. Very sad!!!

DO NOT FREQUENT THIS CHIPOTLE. Everyone that works there is rude. They NEVER have Vinegarette and the entrance is never clean not to mention debris in the parking lot. Its ashame Solon has a space like this when a short 3 years ago it was well kept.

I would never advise anyone to starve, but you’d be better off starving than eating or ordering from this Chipotle. It’s constantly dirty and smells weird. The last bowl I ordered online WAS MISSING EVERYTHING!!! It was literally a bowl with sour cream and cheese. That employee needs to be fired. Who in their mind would make that if you were out of everything at 8pm?? I called the manager of the store to get a refund, he said to take his name and that I could come in the next day to get it remade. When I called the next day, the manager said that what the other manager said was wrong and they can’t do that. I have to go through chipotle service or soemthing stupid like that. With how horrible this location is with messing orders up, never being stocked, and not having any resent pleasant customer experiences, idk how this place makes a profit. It should probably be replaced with a better restaurant. There’s a better one literally 5 miles down the road from there. Go there or Burger King.

I usually love Chipotle but this location is not great. You have to ask for a code to even use the bathroom. I misheard it the first time and then asked again and that code didn’t work either so just gave up and left. Serving portions are also smaller here I think.

Worst chipotle you could ever go to. Know around town to give people food poisoning constantly and always being out of literally every protein . Service was not great can’t even get a hello then on top of that out of the 8 people standing doing nothing only one person knew how to use the register. I get home and when I start eating it the rice is way undercooked and the meat was way overcooked making it the worst chipotle I’ve ever had. The drive to twinsburg is always worth it. If you ever feel like you don’t wanna go out to twinsburg or literally any other chipotle location your better off not getting any chipotle then settling for the Solon location
