I had placed a online order for the Brooklyn store upon getting to the exit off 480 the ramps were closed actually the entire section of Tiedeman road due to police matters. The online phone number was of no help. So I continued on my way home and thought I'd speak with someone at the Solon store. Ask for assistance on how to get the credit. The young woman manager was very helpful! She made my order on spot. The bowls were excellent! Thank you for your help!

Updating my review to give credit where credit is due. This location has greatly improved in the past year. Their service has been far more consistent and prompt. They seem to have much better staffing.

I’m leaving a 3 star review, because I’ve been to this location and have had plenty of good experiences that I do not want to discount. However, the past few times have been so bad that it warrants a 1 star review and hopefully to encourage changes within this location or at least to warn others. The “Manager,” I believe his name is Chaim, is one of the rudest and most unhelpful employees I’ve ever encountered. He takes no interest in helping his staff members during...
