Updating my review to give credit where credit is due. This location has greatly improved in the past year. Their service has been far more consistent and prompt. They seem to have much better staffing.

I’m leaving a 3 star review, because I’ve been to this location and have had plenty of good experiences that I do not want to discount. However, the past few times have been so bad that it warrants a 1 star review and hopefully to encourage changes within this location or at least to warn others. The “Manager,” I believe his name is Chaim, is one of the rudest and most unhelpful employees I’ve ever encountered. He takes no interest in helping his staff members during...

I ordered a quesadilla which they informed me could only be ordered online. So I ordered the kid's quesadilla, which I understand is deconstructed. I did not understand the process and the staff member appeared irritated that I was not aware of the process.
