Ordered a medium coffee and it tasted burnt, if days old coffee was burned to the bottom of the pot. Employees looked unkept so cleanliness is questionable.
I typically use Aurora Dunkin and they charge 3.20 for a medium ice coffee. This place changed me $4.50. Absolute rip off. They are notable higher than all the Dunkin’s in the area.

The only negative is that it is a pretty dark building. I've been driving right past it for almost 2 weeks and didn't know it was there. I understand it is an older building but in my opinion they could use a newer sighn or something to help catch your attention.

Super fast service. Princess was so nice from the moment she greeted us to the time we left! We kept adding things on our order and she was so patient with us. Haven’t been to this particular store in quite some time, but she made it feel welcoming coming back in!

Manager let the girl flounder when taking my order. Had hardly a clue how to ring it in and kept having to ask her, rather than stand next to her and help ( I was the only one ther and no drive through) she just kept yelling out to her how to do things. My order got rang in wrong and as dine in but was togo. They fixed my coffee but shouldn't have had to

I came in around 7:20 ish to pick up a door dash order. The place was cleaned and being cleaned by the Manager (Princess). She and her cashier (Aleasa) greeted me with a smile. They began to assist me with my door dash orders. They even took the time out to make sure I had everything. That was most appreciated. The customer service was excellent. I hope they are acknowledged because good customer service is hard to find now at days. These ladies were awesome. To Princess and Aleasa you guys are amazing 👏 🤩🤩
