Super fast service. Princess was so nice from the moment she greeted us to the time we left! We kept adding things on our order and she was so patient with us. Haven’t been to this particular store in quite some time, but she made it feel welcoming coming back in!

Manager let the girl flounder when taking my order. Had hardly a clue how to ring it in and kept having to ask her, rather than stand next to her and help ( I was the only one ther and no drive through) she just kept yelling out to her how to do things. My order got rang in wrong and as dine in but was togo. They fixed my coffee but shouldn't have had to

I came in around 7:20 ish to pick up a door dash order. The place was cleaned and being cleaned by the Manager (Princess). She and her cashier (Aleasa) greeted me with a smile. They began to assist me with my door dash orders. They even took the time out to make sure I had everything. That was most appreciated. The customer service was excellent. I hope they are acknowledged because good customer service is hard to find now at days. These ladies were awesome. To Princess and Aleasa you guys are amazing 👏 🤩🤩

Not sure the afternoon staff wasn't toked up around 4pm Dec 14th.. messed up my order 3x.. and I only bought a hot coffee.. and they're Dunkin' Donuts....

Whoever manages this place knows what they are doing. All other restaurants should take some notes ? in person or mobile ordering even in the rush of the morning or lunch hour, they are super quick, accurate and friendly. I’m always amazed if I go running in there and there’s a line and I’m still out of there in only a few minutes. Thank you! Everyone that works there is great and I appreciate I can count on the service every time I go in to be exactly as described above. Koodos to this Dunkin’ location! ? ☕️!!!

I used to like this one in Solon. I pretty much order the same drink for a while so I’m familiar with taste and results. Today was the second time I got a coffee with non dairy milk from this location and it upset my stomach. I’m lactose intolerant and I always order nondairy. I’ve gotten the same drink from other places and been fine. I’m disappointed I have to avoid this one now
