Really friendly workers at this location. I hesitated going to JJ's for years based on some of the owner's questionable lifestyle choices, but I recently read an article about him that changed my approach to who he is. Anyways, bread is incredible. Meat and vegetables are all super high quality.

You know, if I am going to walk in and spend my hard-earned money on a sandwich so that YOU get a paycheck, then I'd appreciate it if YOU at least ACT like you half-way appreciate me. Perhaps even smile as I hand you over the cash. Here's a thought, take out your EAR BUDS while I order. Here's one more, if it's $7.04 and your drawer is out of change and I give you a $20, just hand me back $13 and forget about the 4 pennies instead of telling the sandwich-maker to stop what he's doing and go to the back to get you two rolls of pennies while I wait. This was on Friday night, Jan. 24th, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. The girl had a horrible attitude. Her facial expression and body language gave a strong message to me and the guys in line behind me that there was no human way for her to possibly care less. If I ran that franchise and I observed that type of customer service, I'd tell her to pack up and go home. Pathetic effort at business.

Ordered my food 20 min prior to my break. The location is 10 minutes from my job i was worried about it arriving too early but it never came at all! called to cancel the order at the end of my break and it still hadn't even left yet. TERRIBLE!

Every time I eat Jimmy John's my stomach upset for hours afterward. I don't know if it's the food products they use or what, but no matter what I order I feel terrible after eating. I decided to take a break from ordering for almost a year. Thought maybe something would change in that time, but nope. Ordered today and I've had an upset, painful, churning stomach since 1. Think it's time to give up on Jimmy John's for good.

3 stars because the food is good, 0 stars for customer service. The girl didn't even say hello to me, no did you want your receipt, anything else? Or even a smile. I get it customer service jobs are hard but you don't need to act like I'm an inconvenience to your day.
