It was horrible, I placed an online order with my debit card, they never recieved the order, but they charged my debit card. The female employee who answered the phone at Romeo's Pizza was not helpful, she sounded like she didn't care, she never even checked to see if the order was there, and after explain that I was about to contact the bank she then stated, "give me one sec, so I can look to see if we got the order". Never again will I order from them again. They don't even deserve to get one star after the way I was treated.

This is one of the WORST pizzas I've ever had in my life! Wow it was bad! What's worse is that they are charging a premium price for a product that is easily at best a $5 pizza.The standard cardboard flavorless crust that you would get from Dominos, Little Caesars, or Papa Johns. Sauce is bad. Toppings and cheese are greasy and used sparingly.Oh and let's not forget the "garlic" bread. It's untoasted buttered bread that is completely absent of garlic. It was an absolute joke.If you want to pay $20 for a low quality "hot and ready" pizza, this is the place for you!And as far as their award for "best pizza in the Midwest" goes, who gave this award? Anyone can give out an award. There is no way they won best pizza in Midwest from anywhere credible.

This Pizza is so good and only took 10 mins. Greg was awesome when we called back and had to make a change in our order, plus the staff did a great job.

We enjoyed our pepperoni pizza with the spicy sauce. I like how you can choose your pizza sauce here (in addition to your toppings, of course); look forward to trying a different sauce next time.
