“Last week I decided to have a last-minute birthday celebration at Panera Bread in Solon, Ohio. I had spoken to Tyler the day before the scheduled date to finalize my plans. He was supportive, friendly, and extremely thorough!
On the day of the event, Tyler took extra time to ensure that all of my questions were answered. He kept me informed of timing as it related to my order and serving my guests. Everything was perfect!
Tyler’s customer service would bring me back to this location for future events. He has excellent communication, a friendly disposition, and the ability to accommodate a “last-minute” planner!

“Visiting from Maryland, and read good reviews about Danspot. Glad we came. Dinner was fantastic. I had the Shrimp Piccatta, and my wife had Pipette pesto pasta with chicken. Both were outstanding. And our server Jake, was wonderful. Friendly and attentive. If you're in the area of the MGM Northfield, be sure to stop at Danspot. You will be glad you did.“

“First time visiting this restaurant. Very reasonable lunch prices. Staff was very friendly. Got the War Su Gai which is my favorite but some restaurants haven't made it the way I enjoy it. Theirs was perfect! Would definitely stop again when I'm in the area.“

“Great location! Order is always right, but putting 4 stars because the consistency isn't always spot on (sandwiches are smaller than normal & not made as well every time). Also, have ordered off the app multiple times & a few times they say they are out of what was ordered, usually bakery items. Wish the store could update the app a bit quicker to show sold out items“

“I am disabled. During my transaction i dropped my credit card. Miquel at Hillcrest Hospital was honest and quick to help me find my
missing card. The service was A+’ High five Miquel. However my muffin. was hard and not fresh. i believe he wasn’t aware. Nevertheless Miquel was kind helpful and a nice young man.“

“Got the Greek Chicken Salad and loved every bite. The temperature was 73° outside and 76° inside. Not sure what was happening there, but the lettuce was crisp and the chicken was cooked. Subbed an apple for the baguette. Good choice. That apple was on point. Took a few napkins at the end because you want to have a few in the car. Just in case.“
