I went there this evening and let me just say the young man taking orders in the drive thru was wonderful and fun definitely made me smile and the young lady at the window was so kind and so friendly ! They definitely made my evening 😀 I can only imagine how difficult it is now a days with staffing shortages and at times rude customers . Kudos to those two !!
Guys at the drive thru at called us profanities after refusing to take our order by saying "no" when leaving us in silence in the drive thru and i had to ask if we coukd order.. Glad i got it recorded.
Never again. I know they gave me fake names when i asked who i was dealing with so no sense in mentioning names.
He closed by saying u wont be the first and u wont be the last. 🤯
