This was my third time at this restaurant. I had a good experience the first time which was great. Food was good customer service was decent no real complaints. Second time the food wasn’t as good as the first time. I had ordered the same things I did the first time, but this time it just felt like the food wasn’t consistent but it was still edible just wasn’t as crazy about it as the first time. Now the third time is what left me shocked, I ordered the same items lemon pepper chicken and it was extremely salty, I tried to dust it off but it was unbearable there was no way around it for me to enjoy my meal. I had also ordered Jollof rice with goat meat, the rice was undercooked and hard and the meat mostly contained fat but I was upset with everything else that I didn’t even try it. I went back to have everything replaced which was nothing but a hassle. I had to wait for the manager to come in and process the exchange for some reason. They replaced my meal and gave me goat meat that was all bones and fat which felt like it was intentional. Extremely disappointed with my experience will never go back. I don’t think all this hassle and cost of the food was worth it. I spent 60 dollars and I could’ve went somewhere else that would’ve showed better service and consistency.

The tortilla wrap I ordered was horrible! I had tasted one earlier from a friend which tasted great and I then decided to order mine. On getting home, just looking at the dough I could tell the difference, every single part of the shares ma tasted horribly. It shows how inconsistent the food here is. I wont buy again!!!!

I did a call in, they said it would be ready in 15 mins, my sig other went in to wait, he said no one acknowledged him to service him, he wanted to order a beer. He was so upset because he had already given them the $80 for our food, he said people were playing at the bar, oh and aside for the fact this was 45 mins later he was able to order the beer. He said they have the worst customer service he had ever experienced, the food was good though. He talked about how they treated him for an hour! He wanted me to call the manager but they never picked up the phone, this was this past Saturday 3.9.2024!!

I ordered Red Snapper and jollof rice yesterday night and while eating I saw a big piece of glass inside .I was shocked I thank God I looked what I was eating I don't know where I would have been nowAm wondering what they are cooking inthere ,I am a regular customer last time was the sharwarma they sold me sharwarma that was getting spoiled now this .Am never going back there again

Ordered through door dash last night I got egusi soup & fufu for the first time! Unfortunately, I was food poisoned. I feel terrible today! I’ll be making a quick er visit after this meal. It tasted sour and I didn’t get to finish my meal.. the meat was extremely hard to chew. There were possibly some sort of mushroom in the meal that was also slimy and chewy! I couldn’t chew that earlier. I just called up there to speak with someone and no answer. I’ll be calling back soon. The meal was $30 unfortunately as well.

I greatly enjoyed my experience with this lounge. I visited yesterday during their $1 wing night and had a good time. The staff were great, with great customer service. I’m not a big drinker so I asked the bartender (I think her name was either Tanya or Toya…I can’t remember) what they recommended and they said the Hakuna Matata was good. It was GREAT! I’ll be sure to order it again the next time I visit. Overall it was a great experience and I’m excited to have a restaurant like this in town. Keep up the good work.

No Stars in all Honesty! Customer Service Was Terrible. First time Experience. Supporting a Local Business. Order food and drinks at 8:30pm. Establishment was not that busy. Drinks didn't taste like Liquor was even in it. The worse part server put food in and it never came out. No one checked on the table. We had to go ask them where the food was at smh. As we knew not to order anymore drinks! Now it's 10pm! Now manager called. No resolution to the issue. Then the owner EVEN WORSE. I will not ever come back to this establishment! Customer Service is a big thing to me! It's was 9 of us and all we wanted was to just enjoy a night after a long work day.
