The customer service was fine but the food was terrible. The chicken and fries were so hard and cold it’s inedible. The roast beef sandwich was okay after nuking it in the microwave. Will definitely not be going back.

The food was terrible it was old and had been cooked the day before. I ordered beef brisket and a bone-in baked chicken breast with a baked chicken wing. They charged me for white meat but yet they gave me dark meat and sold me a leg quarter. In the beef brisket was terrible when I got home and opened up the box that's when I found out about all the discrepancies. The beef brisket was dry actually it looked like pulled pork. I promise you I will never go there and eat again never ever. The only reason why I was there is because a friend recommended them to me. And after I got that terrible food I called my friend and cursed him out.
Grabbed lunch today and it was a BANGER!!! Super fresh well done!!! Buffalo chicken sliders, crinkle fries, and a Dr Pepper BOOM!!! Made my tongue slap my brain 🧠 😋

Hello ! This ARBY’S has hired people that steals your card information from the drive thru & it is not safe to give out your cards . It’s not safe , your money and identity is being compromised. And the managers are very unprofessional and do not go by protocol when it comes to situations like this. this location will not recommended BY ANY MEANS my aunt went through the drive thru and one of the workers STOLE her card information.
