Place shouldn’t even be in business. They give the true owner a bad reputation. Pretzels are very dry in taste and u better have something to drink before you swallow the product, or u r liable to get choked. They cook up too many pretzels dat they just get drier even more sitting out nd under the heating light!! Terrible place to go!!

This place is nothing like most of the places I been attending. This location makes this whole establishment has a bad name. Whenever I come to this location it never have any pretzels ready. It’s a pretzel spot shouldn’t they be making them. I just don’t understand how I always see at least three workers but no food ready someone not working.

This particular store is constantly a disappointment. As a former employee of another Auntie Anne's facility I can't believe that this place get's away with all of the subpar customer service and product quality that it does. For starters, the warmer usually has only 20% of what it should have in it, and the food doesn't look rotated at all. What is cooked is uneven in shape and size. They don't put ice in the drinks, and I've once asked for ice only to be told, "It's already cold." by the disheveled employee taking my order. The staff act haphazardly and are barely inaudible when confronted. There's no attempt to upsell either. It's not all the staff's fault however, everything is truly a reflection of the atrociously lax management. Avoid going here if you can, but if not, don't expect much.
