I've eaten at this Bob Evans for years with trepidation! I stopped coming here over a year ago because of the service. However, today, we went for breakfast, and it was amazing. Paul (Manager) changed the environment, and our waitress was amazing along with the food. This is a better Bob Evans. We will be back

I ordered the Fresh Strawberry Farmer's Choice. I was extremely disappointed with my food presentation and the service. My home fries appeared and tasted old. I requested fresh ones, which came out the kitchen in less than 3min. They were extremely hot but old looking as well. Almost like they just recooked or put them in the microwave. They came served in a to go container instead of plated. My concern is this, even if the kitchen prepared and plated a meal as a waitress I wouldn't attempt to serve this to my table. I'd request a remake. The waitress has to see the food first. The waitress failed to even check on my table after bringing back the 2nd order of potatoes. The restaurant wasn't crowded. Although, that's not an excuse. It was only 4 tables including mines with people dining in. I had to keep requesting utensils and water. The waitress wasn't very attentive to my table. This was a great disappointment especially since I'm a regular patron of Bob Evans restaurants.

We had a 15 minute wait but it was worth it. GREAT service, breakfast was delicious and well as the coffee was piping hot. Biscuits with cinnamon and sugar were my favorite.The server was friendly. I highly recommend this location.

We had breakfast there on monday. When we walked in, there was hardly anyone there and I turned to my wife and said, "this is a bad sign, maybe we should go to first-watch?".

But we had a gift card so we stayed. Service was decent.

I had 2 bacon and egg biscuits with hash browns. All of the food had a weird after-taste. When I tasted the hash browns, they had a somewhat bitter, sour taste as if the oil that was used was old and starting to go bad. I had a few bites and couldn't eat any more. The gravy had that same aftertaste. The biscuits, bacon and egg also did not taste very good.

It's really puzzling because it's hard to mess up the basics but I'm guessing they reuse the oil and never change it.

Sadly, Bob Evans used to be a great place to get breakfast but like many other chains, it ain't what it used to be.

This was not a great experience. They were very short staffed. We waited quite a while to be seated, we waited even longer to order our food, and despite the food being ready it sat under the heat lamps for a very long time before we received it at our table.

It was so bad the server apologized and offered a discount on our bill. Not sure what was going on that day, but we won't be returning anytime soon. But we did appreciate the discount.

I just went in to eat with my family and they kicked me out because it was closed and it closes at 9pm. The service is bad, especially the girl at the entrance who has curly hair. She was the one who kicked me and my family out of the restaurant. We just wanted to share and eat there because it's a good restaurant, definitely 0 stars. There were 30 minutes left until they closed.
