guys. .... GUYS. of COURSE we find this place one month before we move across the country. lived here for almost 7 years and never knew it was here. SOOOO good! fried rice ball??? what!? the grilled chicken is completely magical. the toppings and the sweet chili sauce is just.... I can't even. (Middletown DE location!)

THIS PLACE IS TRASH. As a local business owner, absolutely do not bother giving this restaurant your business. Staff is unfriendly and unhelpful- including when your order is missing half of the food, equating to $40. I was told that I was unable to receive a refund, I would have to come back and get the food (it was delivery), and that there was no management I could speak with, and no other help was available. The employees are children with no customer service skills. I waited close to an hour an a half, after being told 20 minutes to receive half of a cold order. I have ordered here several times and the food has always been subpar, but to give the delivery driver half of my order then claim they can’t work with Uber to get me the rest of the food is absolutely ridiculous. And the kids working were incredibly rude. Do not bother spending your money or time here (you’ll be here for hours to get your order which has also happened on several occasions). The Uber driver was distraught also explaining to us he waited 40 minutes for my order upon arriving already. Horrible business practice. Its survival this far is due to being in a college town, where bad food and service survive.

Every time I order here I never actually get to eat food. Uber Eats, DoorDash, or pickup all fails lol please hire better employees

I usually love Bubbakoos but this time!! The rice, brown and white was over cooked, the chicken was extremely salty, but the real reason Im here is the young lady with the Horrible attitude!!! She made my experience and my friends that was there for the 1st time, Horrible. My friend said she will never come back and I probably won't either.

A great place to grab food with friendly service. We have tried many of the dishes with no complaints about any of them.

First time here and it was great. Just like Chipotle but...... no attitudes no wait food was fresh nice serving sizes and you didn't have to fight for a parking spot. My family will be back.
