Lunchtime service through the drive-thru is excellent but if you go after 5:00 you're dealing with young kids with disrespectful nasty attitudes

The service has consistently gone down.I was there yesterday evening and if I had not already and paid for my daughter's food through the mobile app I would have pulled off from the beginning. The person was somewhat dry and rude on the speaker and about the same or worse when I pulled around. I thought I was a bother or inconvenience to her. She should not have come to work that day because the service she provided was unacceptable and I won't be back!
I see why Chick-fil-A always have long lines. A smile and pleasantries go a long way.

This is the best Burger King on the east side hands down…I haven’t had a whopper in abt 10 years bc they changed the fries but lately I’ve wanted one and I’ve been to several locations and the service and food was horrible…the girls that work at this location are friendly and the food coming off the grill is fresh and hot…I’ve been 3 times and it’s been consistently good…keep up the hard work and thank you for being pleasant and serving great food…sometimes the drive thru can be a little slow but it’s worth the wait

The girl in there as acting very racist towards me which is weird bc I don't ever act any type of way towards anyone of color. Was so nice to all the black folk in front of me. Then I walked up and her entire demeanor changed. She chose not to help me for 20+ min until another person walked in behind me. And was extremely rude. Then helped the person after me with a smile.

We got 2 meals that came up to $23. The fries tasted like they had been sitting for HOURS! I tried to call twice and the person on the phone kept saying Hello, hello, hello then hung up. I called back and they didn’t pick up. I should have known not to go to that Burger King. The only one I go to is the one on 55th and Superior. They always get the orders right and they have a good manager there. You May have to wait awhile but at least they care about the food they serve you. I cook at home all the time. I only eat out at a few places. This location on Cedar in University Heights is terrible. I will not go back to that one. The fries tasted like they cooked them in the morning and served them the rest of the day.

One of the best Burger King locations I've ever been to. Fast, efficient, and very customer friendly. Whoever was leading the shift showed that she cared and took the time to welcome each of us. It's a refreshing difference for other fast food restaurants in the area... Thanks for making your customers feel like Kings.

Quick snack Double Cheeseburger was good. But the sandwiches have gotten so small. Not worth the price paid

As short staffed as any other fast food place. I skipped the drive-thru and went inside. They seemed to prioritize the drive-thru. Overall good experience, but I was the only person in line and I had to wait until the got a break with drive-thru

There hours aren't accurate according to there website. It Said open got there then they told me in drive thru they are not opening for another 20 minutes even though it's says there open online. 1 star bk not my way
