Frequently not prepared for customers and service is untimely and unkind.

I normally do not go to this location because of the young workers but it's closet to my house in the winter. The last two times the workers were rude but specifically this time; I went there around 7pm today, they already had attitudes while making my bowl and then to top it off, I would ask questions abt items on the men and they completely ignored me until I asked the young lady at checkout. I do not know their names but one had straight long braids to the back and the other had single braids w curls. Terrible customer service, then when I got home the rice was hard.

WHOEVER was on the grill last night meaning ( December 12th ) did absolutely AMAZING !! EVERYTHING was perfect !! Best chipotle I’ve had in my life . That team together worked like a team should ! Everything was so fast and on point

I go to this chipotle often as I live directly next to it. I would say 8 times out of 10 the workers do a good job. I want to recognize and point out that there is a young man, late teens or early twenties (maybe Hispanic…not exactly sure) who works in there and legit runs the line by himself most times I go in and does a phenomenal job. He’s been there for at least several months. He does such a great job getting customers orders prepared, never has an attitude like some of the other workers I’ve encountered, and is also friendly at the same time. I work in customer service and although I don’t expect to be served like I’m the queen in chipotle, It’s always nice to know I will get decent service here majority of the time. Anyways, chipotle give that man a raise. I went and ordered food on 12/7 at 3:00 pm :)

white or ugly or whatever. i see why this place has 3 stars and now they earned another 1 star!

So the food was excellent, but they really try and rush you through your order, and if you have more than one item they want you to give the instructions for all of them simultaneously, which I found challenging to do as I only have one mouth

I ordered 13 burritos/bowls for my students and I only get 30 minutes for lunch to go pick it up so I really needed everything to run smoothly. I was SO IMPRESSED with how quickly the order was ready and how accurate it was! Not a single mistake! They even offered to carry the order to my car for me! Great customer service! I will definitely do this again for my students!

I ordered a salad and got to the register and cashier said they didn’t have any. I said they why did you let me order and you didn’t have any dressing. She said she would ask the manager if I could wait a moment. Of course I’m standing there and she did not ask. Only to have a guy ask what I needed and he went to make some vinegarette. She said she was still waiting on her customers and I said I am a customer. What is wrong with these you people?
I did get the vinegarette but she needs to go home her customer service is not good at all and also the utensils were not stocked. Terrible!!!!

Came in to order and the workers were just looking at me and taking amongst themselves. The food could’ve definitely been better. Literally bit into a bone, blocks of cheese in my bowl, and the chicken is all fatty.

These girls that’s working in here have bad attitudes . I asked the cashier multiple times if I could get a vinaigrette and she ignored me and when I kept asking she gets an attitude and throws them in the bag ? Why do they feel like it’s their food ???? The other worker gets mad because I took the last of the steak oh well this chipotle is terrible I will not be back. Need better customer service and friendly people only person was nice was the guy. The cashier was also high her eyes were really red and low. Pathetic I will not be back u guys need to fire her asap

As someone who gets chipotle almost everyday, this is probably the worst location out of the dozen plus I have been to, they open and don’t have steak, salsa, and other necessities even made yet. Constant shortfalls on orders, employees don’t care and laugh when they don’t have ingredients. Stay away find a different chipotle.
