South Euclid Ohio, Cedar center. The worse Chipotle in the network, they will not cook food after they run out and will rudely tell the customers that they aren't cooking any more. Customer service is horrible. I will be telling everyone I know not to go this location

Living in Mayfield Village, we generally have to go to Mentor to get decent service. Mayfield Village/Highland Heights has been historically awful as well as Mayfield Heights (Marcs Plaza). We have extremely basic orders the trickiest being my 8 year old daughters request of plain white rice IF POSSIBLE (no cilantro). The rest of her order is basic (chicken and cheese) so I think the ease of the order makes up for the walk back to grab the plain white rice they have in fridge. In West Side of Cleveland this is done with a smile and seems normal. In Mayfield and usually at this Lyndhurst location it's a Nah when asked. I was pleasantly shocked the last time we didn't have enough time to go further and ordered it at this Lyndhurst location. There was a energetic (quite different from norm) manager or supervisor who said absolutely to my daughters request and told all the employees how she always requests plain at other stores due to a personal allergy. They all seemed confused like they learned something new. My daughter had just gotten done with an event and really wanted Chipotle tonight and with my wife's nursing schedule and my job we couldn't afford the time to go further. Our daughter optimistically believing in the good of people said that nice lady said you can get it there now. The second I walked in I could see it wasn't going to happen. - Employees on phones - The quick stares and hoping to avoid eye contact - Got to the ordering area and employees scurrying away to further recesses of the building. A younger seemingly newer employee came up and asked what we wanted. I said my daughter is hoping to get a bowl with plain white rice and we got it last time via the supervisor. He said "Okay" and my daughter was very excited. He then walked to the back and started to rummage about and my daughter and I saw him starting to scoop white rice while a girl stared at us and then shook her head to him. The conversation continued and he left the rice there. He came back and said with a nervous grin "I can't give you plain white rice" I said "why?" And "we got it before?" Another employee who was on her phone started giving me a death stare so being with my daughter I just said "it's fine, she can pick it out" and paid our 8.50 and left. Never again. I will give employees a break if you are just fed up with picky annoying customers but this is for a kid. He couldn't give me an answer because no answer would be reasonable seeing as he already had plain white rice scooped up. If regional and district mgrs are satisfied with what they see when they come in these establishments, our society is officially done.

I’ve been here three times because someone bought for me each time. I’ve NEVER gotten a correct order, and never in less than half an hour. Whoever owns this location does not care even a tiny bit.

When I came in to pick up my order she had an attitude very bad didn't even say "hi how can help you" anything very rude then I asked for an extra sauce and she looked at me rolled her eyes slammed my bad and slammed the sauce I WILL NEVER EVER come back to this disrespect chipotle highly disappointed when I'm spending MY MONEYYYY highly disappointed

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. The manager should be personally ashamed. Doordashers don’t even get looked at here. Why do you accept Doordash orders when you completely neglect them?

Something changed here! Came in, greeted by staff, well kept restaurant and excellent service! Portions were great and I was served and checked out in under 2 minutes. Had some bad experiences before but they've really turned it around! I'll be back for sure ??

I had a 10:50 pick up order, they unlocked the doors at 11. But when I go inside they don’t even have the drink machine set up no ice… I work in food service and I just feel like these are basic things to get done prior to opening to set yourselves for success .

Way too salty, uneatable , why you guys put sooo much salt in it. Ewww I used to love chipotle, now it just not eatable.at this point. They should put healthy hazards sign on your food for amount of salt they put in their food. I won’t be surprised if anyone got health problem because of the food.

Worst experience ever came in the restaurant and all workers are horse play laughing and yelling. Meanwhile a line full of people are waiting to be helped. One worker screams no chicken meanwhile two employees, arguing about who is going to clean the grill. That place was a zoo after 10 mins of standing watching them horse around someone comes from the back to start cleaning the grill. This place needs serious management change

One of the worst experiences at a food establishment I’ve had in a long time. I made a mobile app order that I came in to pick up only to be handed the wrong order. I walked out of the restaurant and realized as I was getting into my car that it was the wrong order, and the name was similar to mine. Mistakes happen and I wasn’t upset but when I came to tell the cashier, she grabbed the order from my hand, did not apologize and was extremely rude. She blatantly ignored me for 15 min, and when I got fed up and asked her if they were going to give me my order or make me a new order since they may have handed it to a different person, she said, I have no idea, and completely ignored me. You have no idea if you’ll give me my order I paid for??? Yet again I stood there for another 15 minutes and then ended up leaving and calling customer service for a refund. This is by far the rudest, most unprofessional, terrible chipotle workers I have ever come in contact with. Avoid this location at all costs.

Placed an online order and requested a 7:20pm pickup. Upon arrival, two people were already waiting for their online orders and there were no other customers in the restaurant. I waited 15 minutes after being told they were working on my order. Then I was asked for my name again and told there was no order with that name. I was then ignored for another 15 minutes while they served a few customers who walked in and ordered from the line. Finally someone came out and said my order wasn't made because they were out of brown rice, and did I want white rice instead. Why did it take them so long to communicate this??? I almost walked out but it seemed like my food was finally coming up, so I waited and got it. While I was waiting there all that time, I observed that the front prep line was a mess with food all over the counter, and was not cleaned even once during my wait time. The employees were blasting loud music in the back and wandering slowly from task to task, and multiple times walked past me and others without acknowledging or attempting to help us. One other customer who had placed an online order walked out & never came back. This store desperately needs good management and competent staffing. There are so many 1 star reviews of this location on Google and I wonder why nothing seems to be done to address the problems. This review has also been sent to corporate. I won't be back.
