I think they are stretching or watering down their coffee! I am not a Starbucks. However, I would rather go to Starbucks than to this place. I don't like giving negative reviews, but this is needed.

I arrived around 7:35AM this Thursday morning. My bagel bites were cold & the worker handing my items could not be bothered to acknowledge my existence. I said “thank you” several times, just to be glared at. I understand it’s fast food and it’s hard to keep a happy mindset at work, but to just glare at your customers and say nothing?

The donuts were hard and old. The manager and customer services representative are rude and unprofessional. This is the second time I have had a problem with the donuts. I will just go to the one in Mayfield Heights the service is great and the donuts are fresh. The one on Mayfield and South Belvior is ghetto with young unprofessional people, I will never go back again.

If there is a chance i would give them negative not even one star. Worst service though it advertised open 24 hours we went there around 2:45am on 8th of august 2024. on our way of travel. The people at the place are so rude they weren’t ready to accept any orders as they said they are cleaning. After multiple requests they took the order uninterested, the drink they made was the worst i ever had in frozen drinks. They have baskin robbins at this place even if we order the ice cream tubs they are not ready to take the order for the ones that is already available.
Worst experience and people here not customer friendly at all.
Open 24hrs but lobby doors locked? 6 people on staff at 10pm but sat in drive thru for 15 minutes.. SMH.

I actually ordered from the wrong Dunkin but I'm glad I did.. they were only a mile away.. they were cheaper and nicer service.. I couldn't believe that the Dunkin's, a mile apart, could be more than $1.50 difference in price for the same thing!.. but nice discovery!.. thank you!.. ?
