I’m disappointed with my visit this time. The young man who took my order didn’t seem to know what a sundae is and served me a very small scoop. I’m willing to give this place one more chance, but if I encounter this level of ignorance and incompetence again, I’ll have to find a better option.

Ordered online. Came in to get my order. My coffee order was incorrect. When I asked to clerk to remake my order she began to tell me why it was correct, instead of addressing my issue. The manager (i believe her name was Dar) came over and determined that the coffee didn't have espresso in it. She remade my drink & saved the day. Thanks Dar.

I think they are stretching or watering down their coffee! I am not a Starbucks. However, I would rather go to Starbucks than to this place. I don't like giving negative reviews, but this is needed.
They dropped donuts from. The name for a reason. Terrible,over sweet, and stale. Skip them for anything but coffee.

I arrived around 7:35AM this Thursday morning. My bagel bites were cold & the worker handing my items could not be bothered to acknowledge my existence. I said “thank you” several times, just to be glared at. I understand it’s fast food and it’s hard to keep a happy mindset at work, but to just glare at your customers and say nothing?

The donuts were hard and old. The manager and customer services representative are rude and unprofessional. This is the second time I have had a problem with the donuts. I will just go to the one in Mayfield Heights the service is great and the donuts are fresh. The one on Mayfield and South Belvior is ghetto with young unprofessional people, I will never go back again.
