The Pharmacy Manager stated that they couldn't take numbers over the phone and we needed to come in person because they could get mixed up. Considering numbers are LITERALLY incremental for processing a RX number or NDC number, I'd say that sounds dangerous to me. Willoughby Giant Wagle Pharmacy is great, they're courteous, helpfull, and polite I can't believe how rude and incompetent this location is. Regret having to come to this location instead.

The grocery side is staffed by great people. The pharmacy stinks. I stood for ten minutes and a car was at the drive up was there ten minutes. There was no acknowledgement from three staff including the manager. I called the number and asked for the pharmacy. when the manager heard my call she said that they would be right with me.
