I visited in March of 2025 and this was hands down the worst service and experience i’ve ever had. I forgot to leave a review then but I definitely remember how my experience was. The waiter took our food orders before our drink orders. We were there for dinner with about six people, and no one was satisfied we have been sitting for an hour before our drinks had came. Once we ordered the food, it was so less than satisfying, the lobster bite were good. The best thing that we got the whole night the entrées were overcooked and dissatisfying all sides was cold. We had already been there so long I didn’t even wanna complain. It was such a waste of money.I definitely won’t be coming back.
I appreciate something so close to me is consistent. Many restaurants in our are typical bar food, fast food, over priced food or inconsistent.
Food here is consistently great, including the atmosphere & service...especially for being so busy most times.
I wouldn't recommend them if you're in a rush. But the time is still very reasonable. They're cooking food to order minus our favorite side dishes that tastes like someone's grandma is in the kitchen, that require that Thanksgiving Dinner prep goodness lol
Most restaurants struggle to maintain quality and service when they're consistently busy (which is ironic).
Today I was craving some great mac and greens, but the phone line was so busy, I decided to head up there and just order and wait...which is a huge risk these days.
I never realized they had a completely different door and servicing area separate from the dine in area. Restaurants should follow their lead; this works for Cheese Cake Factory and certainly is working for them.
I loved how I could see the kitchen. Service was with a friendly smile, and my food was done when they said it would be.
Did I mention it was fantastic?

Service wasn’t so great waited 20 minutes after sitting waitress didn’t greet us and then after ordering the food waited over 35 minutes for pasta & chicken + chicken tenders with fries and the chicken wasn’t seasoned at all they did the bare minimum with the listed as 23$ with no 5 star service pasta tasted like 14$ worth to be honest tenders & fries 18$ ok but then auto gratuity which wasn’t mentioned made my total 53 dollars?? What kind of ripoff is this with poor customer service yall folks dead wrong the food is not 5 star service straight trash overall experience 2 out of 5 wouldn’t recommend unless you’re going for drinks but that’s it way better places to get food from doing a review on my TikTok as well.
