Just blister on my fingers and over priced bill ? No need to return, was there 3/24/24 only got a Lamb chop dinner and one lemon drop $70Parking: Not enough parking lot very small was told to park next door at Giant eagle market and walk to front door

The only reason I gave 3 stars is the menu needs to be corrected.First time here I ordered a steak salad thinking it was $18 when i received bill it was a $28 salad. For $28 i didn’t even get a boiled egg, crouton, or avocado. LolThe steak was cooked perfectly.I paid for steak, lettuce which was fresh a plus & some cheese and tomato & cucumber.MANAGEMENT PLEASE ADD ADDITIONAL PRICE FOR MEAT. The salad was $10 look at menu im posting you’ll see. The food was good however but for the price of the salad with meat it definitely needs more toppingsNICE ATMOSPHERE, Clean bathroom, Free Parking bar seats, booth seats and sofa area to lounge

The food was nasty they wanted to argue with you about 10 wing for $17.00 dollars the wing are very little the service were horrible the macaroni & cheese was nasty and burnt plus dry the customer service was terrible this was my first time coming here and she proceeded to tell me about the pass customer that they complain if the wings or to big and now they are to small and we still complain I felt she was trying to be funny and I asked “ how long will it take for the money to get back on my card” she seemed upset and ignored me for a minute I asked again and she said “ I don’t know” this why u can’t support black businesses they keep attitudes always have something to say they unprofessional I don’t recommend SOUTH EUCLID GRILL 55 don’t go to the grill 55 on South Euclid go to the one downtown if you can. this review is for the Grill 55 downtown Cleveland. Let's start off by saying to eat in the private dining area it's a $200.00 deposit which is fine. I've been man places very high scales places that I had to pay a deposit. However here the catch 22 for Grill 55 downtown they do not put you money towards anything nor do they give it back. It's was a table of 9. && due to being so money hungry they kept the deposit which doesn't make it a deposit. So after paying $200 to sit down. The door to the room was filthy even after watching a guy "clean it". After paying $200 to sit down it took about 10 minutes to get me a water. I had to keep asking the waiter for napkins which at the point one of my guest got up and went to the counter to get herself. I had to ask for utensils which I didn't get until after my food came out. The chef is wonderful and definitely knows what she doing. Also if you order over the phone they still charges you 18% of gratuities to your bill. Why? I'm not sure they must be scraping for Pennies. I'm not a complainer where I would make a review but this needs to be done I feel for $200 just to sit on top of paying for my meal I did not meet the standard of quality experience now if I would've set at the bar maybe. I'm sure now you now it has to be black owned

Highly disappointed I ordered 10 wing dings for $17.00 sides six dollars each for the sides that aren’t big as my hand, used a three compartment container I literally paid $30 for absolutely nothing. I don’t mind spending money on food, but this is outrageous.

In a party of 8 one of the dinners did not coke until rest of the party had just about finished eating and on their way out of the door. We asked for some kind of discount or something off the check for the inconvenience and were told we’d be given 10% off the bill which would’ve been 10 dollars. Instead the manager gave us 10% off the dinner which was only $2.10. Really terrible management and customer service. For the cost of the food and showing goodwill towards customers to have them comeback to give the business another try it giving entitled. We decided that we’re never going back. The food was good but it’s not like there aren’t other options in Cleveland that have good food and MUCH better service.Parking: Parking lot is very small

Asia, Pam and Ari (and rest of staff) are THE BEST. they’re so nice and fun and took great care of us. on top of that, some of the best food i’ve ever had ? all around great restaurant!!! will definitely be returning on multiple occasions.
