I have visited this location regularly for the last 3 years. In the last 4 weeks I have visited twice and both times were totally aweful to the point I will not be back. The first time I waited in line watching the poor attitude of the shift leader and more orders than the team could handle I left after 10 mins of waiting to place an order. I wanted to give another chance but the second time it was the same senario the sandwich making station and back counter were a total mess. The shift leader and staff rolled their eyes and complained every time another order came in, slow poor customer service, and a messy sandwich.

Ordered take out waited 30 minutes. Observing the staff just leaving tons of OLO orders just sitting there while one steps off to go outside and the others sweeping the floor instead of making the several tickets waiting. Honestly disappointing experience and awful customer service didn’t even apologize or offer a free beverage for the extensive wait.

I walked in to see 4 workers behind the bar. One was cooking, the others standing around. One took my order and then stood around not doing anything. There was a fifth worker that happened to get l locked out of the place. Once that fifth worker arrived, there were tasked with making my sandwich. They then passed it off to another worker to finish it. This worker seemed incapable of comprehending my requests and lack attention to what they were doing. Over seasoning and undersalting my food. They also were not wearing a hair net. I’ve ate at this place before with infinitely better service so suffice it to say, the crew that was there today should not work together again and in other scenarios a proper level of management should be present.

Dear Jersey Mike’s Corporate Team,
I am writing to share a very disappointing experience I had at one of your locations.
On September 6, 2025, I placed an online order at 3:25 PM, with a promised completion time of 3:40 PM. Unfortunately, I did not receive my food until 4:15 PM—well past the expected timeframe. While I understand that delays can happen, what concerned me most was that instead of working to catch up on the backlog of online orders, one of the employees was observed making his own food to take on break.
When I finally received my order, it was made incorrectly. I had to return to the store to request a refund, which made the experience even more frustrating.
I truly enjoy Jersey Mike’s as a brand, but this experience has left me very dissatisfied and unwilling to return to this particular location. I hope you will take this feedback seriously to ensure better customer service and order accuracy in the future.

Sandwiches always on point from this Jersey Mikes!.. gotta give them a try but be patient because this store stays pretty busy during lunch time but they are quick and good!. 👍🏼👍🏼

I was the only person in the restaurant. I ordered my food. 6 other people came in after me and received their food before me. Unacceptable I waited 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches

Came for lunch on my break and there were no customers in the store. Staff was friendly but they chef seems like he was in a rush to cook my hot Philly sandwich as instructed (well done). Upon receiving my sandwich off the grill, the sandwich was not piping hot as it should have been which was disappointing and the sandwich meat had an awful odor as if the meat was not fresh. This restaurant should not be serving spoiled sour smelling meat, it unacceptable especially for the price I paid. Once I opened up the sandwich it was barely any meat in the bun & there was not an equal portion of veggies & meat. The sandwich was sloppy & it ended up making me sick. As a loyalty member I am very upset at the quality of food I received on 7/15/25 and I will have to find another place to get lunch for myself & coworkers if they are going to sell spoiled food.

The meat in the subs did not taste great. I think management needs some help with making the restaurant a little bit better. This is the first Jersey Mike's that I've ordered from that my experience wasn't what I am used to for this franchise. The employees were nice, but the manager on shift seemed overwhelmed. Hopefully they can get the help they need to make the customer's experiences better.

I ordered my Super Club with salad dressing. It arrived as was consistent with a sandwich that had been dipped in a bucket of the salad dressing. Horrible !
Tried to eat it anyway, after blotting with napkins, but it just turned to mush.
Never again will I order from Jersey Mike’s. 👎👎👎👎👎
