This place is a little pricey for a sub shop but they have a good selection of bread. They also take the time to hollow out the center of the sub sandwich bun so there's not an abundance of bread in your sandwich. You can also get what I'm calling a lettuce wrap with all your ingredients inside lettuce. Although the chain refers to this as an unwich.

Food was okay, didn't taste fresh and was not a crowd pleaser at home. I ordered the Tuna sandwich but it didn't have the seasoning that I would have liked. I had my food delivered but it took around 30 minutes when I expected a freaky fast delivery.

They need to mark the subs. Other than that so far everything else is great. They also go through new workers a lot never see the same people more than twice.

Love walking in and all the employees make eye contact and are talking amongst themselves and the cashier is too worried about texting or Facebook I dont get asked for my order and one of the employs says to me you can go down the street as I walk out. This is the rudest and laziest Jimmy John's if the job and pay is so bad go on strike and make a change so you are able to enjoy your job more. I will never return to the South Euclid location again and I am a first time customer to this location. So now I will be driving to Mayfield Heights for better customer service. This happened Sunday March 3rd, 2019between 3pm and 3:15 pm. I never bothered to say a word as I did not want to interrupt.

Never got my food delivered to my job. I didn't get dinner during my break. They're literally across the street from me. I put in the address (there wasn't a spot online to put the name of business). When I went there afterward, absolutely no apologies, told me they couldn't find it (no one could google?) and they could not have cared less.

Jimmy Johns has always been my favorite take out place but I now avoid this store at all costs. Every delivery order for the past several orders has been either wrong, late, or both (and sometimes the food reeks of cigarette smoke).

The food is always good and fresh. However, they have hired a set of ignorant people that have no respect for the brand. 1 was on the cash register and the other was making the food. I thought about complaining but the manager was highly rude. Sooo sad because it could be a great establishment.

I would prefer to give zero stars. This was my second (and last) online order for this store. When I arrived, there were no customers and 2 women behind the counter doing nothing. They were totally unaware of my order. After they found it and printed it out, they didn't know how to make the sandwiches. Probably new employees with no supervision. Thus only 1 of the 3 sandwiches were correct. Also I was told I had to bag my order. Won't be back to this store ever again.
