Tried wedges & wings combo. Hot & spicy wings were spicy, but over breaded, chicken too dry, chewy. The wedges were flavorful, cooked well. The combo could add a biscuit to round out the meal. I added cole slaw as another side.

This KFC was extremely busy. It had a special payment method that made it hard to pay in cash. The process of buying the food and the long wait for it was very annoying. It was the process though, because they have some good conscientious people working there.

I ordered a hot wing combo.The whole meal minus the peaches and cream soda pop was gross. The fries cold and too salty.The hot wings were not completely fried and the fried pickles were over fried. Waste of thirteen dollars

I just went through the drive thru. I ordered a 3 piece dark meal and a pot pie. The pot pie was half filled and looked so old my one year old wouldn't eat it. My three piece was hard to tear apart. I just have up. Every few months I give this location a try but when I go there for me, it's always a waste. Should've went to Mr. Chicken up the street.

Chicken is burnt. It tastes horrible. The coleslaw dry. And taste like I was just eating raw cabbage. I have never had bad chicken from KFC until today today is June 14, 2025. I will never go to that KFC again ever.

There's something happening in South Euclid... I can't quite put my finger on it... But with the exception of Starbucks, all the fast food in this city is beyond slow. They're understaffed and likely grossly under paid. But dear God... Not just this KFC... but the Taco Bell down the road, the McDonalds around the corner, the BK on Cedar... Avoid them all if you're in a hurry. Seriously. All of these places need to hire more help, clearly. When we need fast food, we head further east into other cities. 🤷🏻♂️
Worst KFC so far. Gave me the wrong order, replaced it with old chicken and returned it again. Had to get a refund and do without lunch for the day. Don't recommend this place at all.

First visit at this location was not as great as the one on 04/25/25 around 10pm I went inside to get an UE order. I was notified by a young lady of the wait and approximately how long it would take, even a drink while I waited. I appreciate that so much, I come across many restaurants a day and she was excellent, top 5 for sure. She respects the time of others and was so polite. It's really that simple, I don't mind waiting but communication IS EVERYTHING! Keep up the good work sweetheart!
