I have ordered from this place 7-8 times in total. Giving them a chance time and time again. Don’t usually write reviews but the service is that bad. Everytime I ordered from this place something was missing. Or the whole item itself. The chicken is also overcooked 90 percent of the time. When reporting the items missing. You are hit with this order is ineligible for refund. Suffice to say I will no longer be ordering from this place in the future. i suggest you save yourself the headache. almost all the reviews on delivery or takeout are horrible.

Why must customers go into the restaurant to WAIT to pick up mobile orders? It's raining AND cold. It's an uncomfortable inconvenience which defeats the purpose of placing a mobile order. I even gave them an extra 15 minutes before I picked up a scheduled order. Sigh...

Ordered takeout online. Tracking via email said order was being received and being prepared. When went to pick up 20 minutes later, order had not been started, and they claimed they were out of some items ordered (3 large mac’n’cheese for grandkids). They gave husband 2 small Cole slaws as replacement. You can imagine how well that went over with the kids. Half of ordered biscuits were packed. When husband showed the order, the KFC employee behind counter seemed confused and just could not comprehend written order. Husband finally left, very frustrated. We should have received money back for missing items. Will NEVER go back to KFC in South Euclid OH and will always look for other fried chicken place from here on out. Food is way too expensive to get such poor service and incorrect order, missing many items.

Ordered on door dash I ordered original honey bbq wings instead just got wings. Biscuit was cold. Chicken sandwich was overcooked z I ordered a honey biscuit no honey It's like they didn't read my order at all. It's like they give poor service when it's delivery

Tried wedges & wings combo. Hot & spicy wings were spicy, but over breaded, chicken too dry, chewy. The wedges were flavorful, cooked well. The combo could add a biscuit to round out the meal. I added cole slaw as another side.

This KFC was extremely busy. It had a special payment method that made it hard to pay in cash. The process of buying the food and the long wait for it was very annoying. It was the process though, because they have some good conscientious people working there.

I ordered a hot wing combo.The whole meal minus the peaches and cream soda pop was gross. The fries cold and too salty.The hot wings were not completely fried and the fried pickles were over fried. Waste of thirteen dollars

I just went through the drive thru. I ordered a 3 piece dark meal and a pot pie. The pot pie was half filled and looked so old my one year old wouldn't eat it. My three piece was hard to tear apart. I just have up. Every few months I give this location a try but when I go there for me, it's always a waste. Should've went to Mr. Chicken up the street.

Chicken is burnt. It tastes horrible. The coleslaw dry. And taste like I was just eating raw cabbage. I have never had bad chicken from KFC until today today is June 14, 2025. I will never go to that KFC again ever.
