Never open on time in always late for work!

Rude staff, messed up orders multiple times due to lack of effective listening and communication skills, management refused to offer an appropriate accommodation for inconvenience of staff making pizza wrong and taking an extra 40 minutes out of my day. Dirty floors

I ordered the large pepperoni pizza and cheese crazy puffs and my crazy puffs look like they have been through war. They’re deformed, burnt and hard. They don’t look anything like what is advertised. This isn’t the first time this has happened but this will definitely be my last time coming to this location, especially with the harassing police officers outside being very rude.

The customer service isn’t the best. The store hires young adults whom don’t communicate well. The other day I waited in line for 15 minutes to place and order to only be told “we are out of dough” and to order online. Communication goes along way. I couldn’t accept that response after waiting for 15 minutes, I asked someone in the back were they physically out of dough. The answer was no, we don’t have any thawed out so order online and wait 30 minutes.

Typically they never have the “Hot and Ready” pizza available. This location prefers credit/debit card and not cash. Always check your pizza before you leave there has been a few occasions where my pizza was overcooked. This place isn’t wheelchair accessible either.

If you want a good pizza and great service go to Gepetto’s or Marco’s .

This location is horrible, all their employees are very unhappy people who do not how to greet customers. There is definitely lack of customer service experience, one visit I witness the employee yelling, and hollering at another employee when a customer asked how long on they order, very rude obnoxious to hear and see that smh. It's pretty sad that lot of business have gone away from not caring about the population of people experience.

Only getting 2 stars instead of one because after I waited 5 minutes for someone to even come to the front to help me, she was friendly, but I thought the whole point of this establishment was “hot and ready”. They didn’t have any pizzas ready. I was trying to grab something quick on my lunch.

I could rate this place lower than one star, I would. I ordered a pizza for pickup, only to find out when I arrived that they had dropped it before I even got there. Accidents happen I get it. But what made this whole situation absolutely unacceptable was how one staff member handled it. When I calmly told the cashier I didn’t have time to wait for a new one and would just like a refund, she acted like I had personally insulted her entire family. No apology, no accountability, just attitude. She rolled her eyes, muttered something under her breath, and acted like issuing the refund was the biggest inconvenience of her day. I was made to feel like I was the problem, even though they were the ones who screwed up my order. The whole interaction was unbelievably unprofessional. I left with no food, no refund and a lingering sense of “what just happened?” Needless to say, I won’t be back. There are plenty of pizza places that know how to treat customers with basic respect this is not one of them.

Before I got there I called multiple times to attempt to place a order for 3 box of pizza, because we all know they never have hot & ready pizzas anymore. However, no body answered the phone after several attempts. So I decided to walk in and when I walked in I called the business phone again to see if their phone was working. Surprisingly the phone rings and this young lady was heard saying “I’m not answering that”. 🤦🏾‍♂️

The food is good but the service has gone down. Employees need training on professionalism, appearance, and safe food practices.

Updated: This place has gotten worse since my original review last year. My last ecosystem put the nail in the coffin, and I will never go back here. I placed my order in the mobile app. First, it was not ready when I arrived as it said in the app. I got home, and one of the pizzas was wrong. I called back to tell them, the guy who answered said to bring them both back. When I got there, the lady at the counter said for me to keep the one that was right. I told her the guy said to bring them both back, so I've would have 2 fresh, hot pizzas. They got into an argument about it and other orders that apparently were wrong that evening. While waiting, the lady started speaking rude to the owner, who said he just took over a few days prior. He asked what I was waiting for because he saw i had been there for a long time. I told him the story, and by now, I'm upset, inconvenienced, and he said, "Can I make it right by giving you some free sauce?" Mind you, I didn't order anything for sauce. I told him he could give me my money back. He then offered crazy bread. He insisted that he wanted to make it right and asked what would make me happy. I repeated that he should refund my money for the inconvenience. After he said again, he couldn't give me my money, I let him know I would give him a bad review. I'd give them no stars if that were an option.
