Before I got there I called multiple times to attempt to place a order for 3 box of pizza, because we all know they never have hot & ready pizzas anymore. However, no body answered the phone after several attempts. So I decided to walk in and when I walked in I called the business phone again to see if their phone was working. Surprisingly the phone rings and this young lady was heard saying “I’m not answering that”. 🤦🏾‍♂️

The food is good but the service has gone down. Employees need training on professionalism, appearance, and safe food practices.

Updated: This place has gotten worse since my original review last year. My last ecosystem put the nail in the coffin, and I will never go back here. I placed my order in the mobile app. First, it was not ready when I arrived as it said in the app. I got home, and one of the pizzas was wrong. I called back to tell them, the guy who answered said to bring them both back. When I got there, the lady at the counter said for me to keep the one that was right. I told her the guy said to bring them both back, so I've would have 2 fresh, hot pizzas. They got into an argument about it and other orders that apparently were wrong that evening. While waiting, the lady started speaking rude to the owner, who said he just took over a few days prior. He asked what I was waiting for because he saw i had been there for a long time. I told him the story, and by now, I'm upset, inconvenienced, and he said, "Can I make it right by giving you some free sauce?" Mind you, I didn't order anything for sauce. I told him he could give me my money back. He then offered crazy bread. He insisted that he wanted to make it right and asked what would make me happy. I repeated that he should refund my money for the inconvenience. After he said again, he couldn't give me my money, I let him know I would give him a bad review. I'd give them no stars if that were an option.

My order is usually correct but it takes forever to get it. My online order was supposed to be ready in 30 minutes but took over an hour. There is always some reason why there is a delay in my order.

I ordered inside and the wait was fine for 10-15 minutes to get a cheese pizza made fresh, but when I got home, the pizza tasted dry and there was little to no sauce on it. The Italian bread tasted a little too much like baked cardboard from it sitting in the hot box. The people working here deserve better training and better guidance because this is a corporate/district problem not just a store location problem. Little ceasars on richmond by the airport had a 45 minute wait for placing an order.

They always get my order wrong, they don’t answer the phone the pizza is never fresh. Horrible and rude service. This last order I intentionally ordered a custom round and still ended up with a old pizza that was probably sitting for 2 hours or more I will never go back to this location again,

They never answer their phones when people want to order online and, when I come in to order in person when my card wouldn’t work online, they act like I’m inconveniencing them. Never go here

This place is a sorry excuse for a restaurant. Management and the owner is deplorable, they don’t know how to talk to people or treat their employees. Do not spend your hard earned money at this place!

wish i could do 0 star. this has to be the worst little caeser's i ever worked at. i would highly avoid working there till management changes. only 2 good workers there and the management care more about Seles and speed of the produced then the quality of every products. you want your pizza hot ok well it might not fully cooked. its nasty and i would avoid eating there. the overall downfall of this place is the lack of proper leadership and kindness to its employs. will 100% emaling and calling little caeser's hq after this. hope the long term workers that deal with management they form a union.

The new kids need better dough training...last pizza we was told it was made wrong...but we recived the pizza 5 minutes later, the dough looked like the goonies deformed head sloth in the cave...if that made sense hit a like ? I need it..I will be going back...and thank you for hiring someone else other than that lady that had an attitude every day...like she was miserable...keep up with good customer relations and better dough rollout and the company should be solid...them hot and ready ?...we like doing half and half...was so fresh I littwraly burnt my chin with the cheese...my bad...im healing nice?and I'll do it again...jk jk ?
