We were looking for a lat breakfast at First Watch across the street, but there was a 45-minute wait,so we came across to Zoup! and lucked out: the place was empty, but the staff were friendly, and we were able to get assorted soups and grain bowls that were both tasty and filling. And we had the place to ourselves, so it was quiet.

There are a gazillion restaurants in this area! You would think customer service and product availability would be a priority. It is extremely disappointing to enjoy an item on a menu only to get there, on SEVERAL occasions, and it’s a 50/50% chance that the item will or won’t be available. I can see if it is because the store is about to close but not the case! If you are going to shut down your menu 2 hours before closing then your doors should be closed! So Euclid, Oh

Not eating lunch here. Employee talking loudly about how they’re finally getting rid of the mask mandates at her college. On and on she went complaining about masks and being fined for not wearing them. She for some reason wanted my support, and I told her she was looking at the wrong person for that. She then, unmasked and visibly sniffling, thought it was a good idea to tell me she wasn’t vaccinated. I said really, and told her to have a good day, but I wouldn’t be eating there.
I’ll pass on the Covid stew, thanks.
