Curbside and in-store pickups don't exist, despite what the mobile app says. Today I waited almost an hour for them to bring my order out before I gave up and left. Horrible service. Now I have to contact corporate to get a refund.
I ordered two ten piece chicken Mcnuggets in one of the boxes I got only eight pieces please check your order
Most operationally failed McD's in the world. Go to Mayfield Heights to Richmond Heights where things run smooth.

McDonald's might not be the best choice. Sometimes the service is slow, and the orders might be wrong. The employees seem to have a good system but need improvement. The drive-thru might be a bit of a mess. The food might be cold and the fries might be cold and soggy. But it is always clean here and they are polite. They have a huge indoor playground for the kiddies. It is still McDonald's - quick, but not always the best. Just be prepared for possible mistakes in your order.
