It’s 15 employees hiding in the back talking while 20 customers standing in lobby waiting for 15 mins for them to bring ready mobile orders or just ask “how can I help you”. All the food is cold now because lack of service.

The employees sit there and argue and cuss at each other why customers are sitting there waiting for like 10 to 20 minutes for their order and then tell them that they're not going to have it ready for another 10 to 20 minutes. That's very unprofessional.

My husband and I each ate a double cheeseburger and fries there today. We were pleasantly surprised how hot it was and made to order as requested. The young lady at the counter was sweet and had a kind smile. The fries were perfect...not a bit greasy or soggy. The manager was present and we wonder if that made the difference. All in all a great experience!

If you came after 9 pm, you most likely won't be served. I waited at the counter for 20 minutes and no one came up to me. And if you try to call them, they won't even look in your direction.

STOLE MY MONEY! Worst experience ever, placed an only order for over 40 dollars, and when i Arrived at the location, I was told they dont have the order, they will not be making the order, and that I cannot have a refund, literally stole 40 dollars from me, will never be visiting any fast food establishment again. I will be fighting this charge at the bank. DO NOT GO THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.

I had a really rude person take my order in the drive thru. I got food poisoning. I would not recommend going here unless you want to be on the toilet all day at night. I’d also like to mention that I have a stomach of steel. What does that tell you. Disgusting.
