Loud street music, worker flashing money from the cash register like they were in a music video, writing things on peoples order receipts as a joke.. But if i wanted that environment i wouod go to the club.. the person taking my order couldn't hear me because of rhe loud music..

Went there and ask for 10 wing to be fried fresh said ok then gave me 10 in 3 min got to car they warm at best went back in they said they dont do cook to order money back please and the they gave were over fried never again Popeyes chik fila for me🫤👎

I am very disappointed in the poor quality wings I received yesterday. Majority of my wings I ordered were under cooked and slimy despite me requesting at the ordering box for my wings to be cooked well done which was upsetting,and the other half of my wings were black and dark in the inside and completely inedible. Staff should not be serving old unfresh wings to customers and they should not be selling undercooked meat that could make people sick. After a long day at work all I wanted was to grab a quick hot dinner for me and my family, yet I received food that was not fresh and had to waste a meal because of what I received. I ordered this meal in 6/3/25 in the evening after 4 PM and the staff at the window was not friendly at all, they had me waiting for over 10 minutes before someone came to the windows to greet me or take my payment method and the staff could be heard joking and playing around loudly in the background of the speaker intercom as I was placing my order in drive thru which is unacceptable and unprofessional. I have eaten at this location many times and this experience is unacceptable

Went to this very humble restaurant via drive-thru last Friday (12/6). When placing our order at the drive-thru, the staff was generous and professional in listening to our order. Service here is very super-excellent. Staff wasted no time making our meal. Immediately, it was delivered to our car. This is, by far, the most excellent service I've ever had. Never will I stop coming here again. This is a wonderful no-nonsense staff that is incredibly loyal, and respectable to its customers, whether inside the restaurant or drive-thru. And our overall meal was fantastic and awesome, by all means. Kindness is never out of style. Not at this place.
The chicken is not the same as it used to be it's bland and for the cost it's not worth it. The one up in Warrensville Heights was the best

Illiterate. They simply can't read. We ordered special sauce with our meal, got honey mustard. We ordered corn muffins, got biscuits. We ordered coleslaw, got more mashed potatoes and gravy. Seriously, they can't read, either that or they are too dumb to know the difference between those items. Mashed potatoes were not mashed but definitely whipped and probably made from rehydrated flakes. Total disappointment. Chicken wasn't anything to write home about. One and done. It is a to go place, so no atmosphere to write about.

Just stopped on my way to work grabbed 3 wings with sauce on the side the sauce was great the wings were not cooked throughout they were raw on the inside now I'm stuck hungry till after 10 pm

Mostly for drive up. Best chicken on the east side imo for a fast food place. Biscuits are nice size and pretty tasty. Staff is polite, and they are really trying to put the customer first. I am glad they moved u to the neighborhood.
