Went to this very humble restaurant via drive-thru last Friday (12/6). When placing our order at the drive-thru, the staff was generous and professional in listening to our order. Service here is very super-excellent. Staff wasted no time making our meal. Immediately, it was delivered to our car. This is, by far, the most excellent service I've ever had. Never will I stop coming here again. This is a wonderful no-nonsense staff that is incredibly loyal, and respectable to its customers, whether inside the restaurant or drive-thru. And our overall meal was fantastic and awesome, by all means. Kindness is never out of style. Not at this place.

Illiterate. They simply can't read. We ordered special sauce with our meal, got honey mustard. We ordered corn muffins, got biscuits. We ordered coleslaw, got more mashed potatoes and gravy. Seriously, they can't read, either that or they are too dumb to know the difference between those items. Mashed potatoes were not mashed but definitely whipped and probably made from rehydrated flakes. Total disappointment. Chicken wasn't anything to write home about. One and done. It is a to go place, so no atmosphere to write about.

Just stopped on my way to work grabbed 3 wings with sauce on the side the sauce was great the wings were not cooked throughout they were raw on the inside now I'm stuck hungry till after 10 pm

Mostly for drive up. Best chicken on the east side imo for a fast food place. Biscuits are nice size and pretty tasty. Staff is polite, and they are really trying to put the customer first. I am glad they moved u to the neighborhood.

The customer service was awesome they're amazing group of people that doesn't let the customer without being completely satisfied. My experience was great and I had been telling my friends and family about Mr Chicken and the wonderful service that they have
The service there is awesome. They are super friendly and on point with busting orders out in a timely fashion. The inside of the restaurant is very clean. The chicken was so flavorful and moist and not greasy. Another thing I liked is that I ordered a 12 piece meal and I like all dark meat and instead of charging me per piece they charged me the same price as a regular 12 piece meal. It Reminded me of exactly when I was a little kid, it was super nostalgic for me because my mom used to pick it up for my sister and I when we were younger. That was the last time I had it prior to this visit and it tasted just like I remember. The potatoes are great. The coleslaw has awesome flavor and consistency. The biscuits are nice and buttery and NOT DRY (like a certain competitor’s that starts with the letter P and ends in eyes) Keep doing your thing over there, you all are killing it!
