This place has gone down hill and I can no longer recommend this location. The final straw ....A small group (50 or less) of us would pick up a paid in full, pre-ordered bundt cake from this location annually for the holidays. Unfortunately, the store manager decided they no longer want to accept our business. I have been a patron of this location since they introduced themselves at Rock the Block and had their grand opening at this location. Quality and customer service has tanked. Do yourself a favor and visit a different location to get the full enjoyable experience the brand should be offering for your money.

I purchase bundt cakes from this location quite often. I'm not sure who is preparing these cakes but, lately they have not been too good. I purchased the carrot cake last week and it was so dry I couldn't eat it. The bundt cakes haven't been to appealing either. I think I'm going to give bundt cakes a break for now.

It's been months since I visited Nothing Bundt Cakes. It was a great experience, but I live a good distance away and am a senior. The cakes I selected were very moist and flavorful. I tried but found not the slightest taste of creamy butter. To me a home made cake is made with butter and eggs that one can taste. That's my only drawback from a perfect 5.

I love Nothing Bundt the Cakes, they’re always fresh and delicious. But be aware that if you order a cake for a gender reveal, the gender rattle is not well hidden and it is clearly visible just by looking at it. Kind of a bummer to not really get the surprise factor we were hoping for. Still grateful for the delicious cake and the baby :)

I don't know if it's because the holiday or what. Maybe they didn't want to work the day before thanksgivings but they really rush and put out sub par cakes. This is my first experience at this particular location in Cleveland, but the ones in Virginia beach I normal go to would never give out a cake like this. On top of the fact they seemed to rush everyone even tho it was no where near closing time. All the rushing only to forget to ice the cake and the took another 45 minutes to do that. Please take a look at the cake they gave for my mother's birthday. And unfortunately I didn't look at it before hand(although I should have known something was wrong cause other stores show the cake before taping the box) so we are stuck with this abomination because tomorrow is a holiday. Please try another location before going here.

I saw a rat running around in the store . Very unhygienic, cigarette buds on the floor, leaks in the ceiling , cake smeared on the doors just overall nasty
