I finally got the chance to try this place. I ordered four cakes through Instacart and I loved all of them. Red velvet, strawberry cheesecake, apple cider, and lemon. Very moist, great ingredients and the packaging was gorgeous. You get a nice size for the price. They’re far from my home so I probably won’t be back but I highly recommended if you haven’t been addicted already .If they ever put a location close to me, I’ll be a regular customer

This place is a joke- this is my 2nd time trying to use my clipp certificate and now they are telling me they are not accepting them since they are new owners. I was never offered any other options and they just stated they will not do anything about it.

I saw an advertisement for the Strawberry Cheesecake flavor and decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, I arrived later in the evening and they were out of that particular flavor. The person helping me was named Mariah and she was just wonderful. As it is a popular limited time flavor, she patiently explained to me that I should call to check on the flavors next time to make sure it was there and that I could also order in advance. She talked to me about other options and spent the time to make sure I got what I needed. She was great! We need more customer service people like Mariah and because of her I will definitely visit this location again. We really enjoyed the flavors we ended up selecting, especially the Lemon Raspberry and I will be back for the Strawberry Cheesecake!

Absolutely obsessed with this place! The cakes are insanely moist and flavorful. My favorite is the strawberry, but honestly, you can’t go wrong with any flavor. And it’s not just cakes - they also sell cute gift items, cards, and party supplies. Super cute for gifts or just treating yourself. Always fresh, always delicious!

This place has the most moistened cake EVER. It doesn't matter what flavor you order, it will be amazing. And what makes it above all is the cream cheese frosting! The REAL frosting. Omg 😳 😲

No complaints, great service! Always accommodating. I just wish there are more of a flavor variety. I've ordered online. I've received reminder calls. My son was 10 minutes late picking up an online order, and because he was around the corner, they waited for him and it was around closing time. I'm a regular, and will continue to be. I got my first taste of cakes from Cleveland Clinic, and have been hooked ever since.

Went today 2 hours before they close and wanted to buy 1 dozen bundtinis but was not permitted to pick my flavors. I was told they have plenty in the back but this is a corporate decision. Until after the holidays I can only get a dozen of one set of flavors or another but cannot choose. I debated buying 2 dozen just to get the variety I wanted but refuse to patronize your store due to this ridiculous policy.

This place has gone down hill and I can no longer recommend this location. The final straw ....A small group (50 or less) of us would pick up a paid in full, pre-ordered bundt cake from this location annually for the holidays. Unfortunately, the store manager decided they no longer want to accept our business. I have been a patron of this location since they introduced themselves at Rock the Block and had their grand opening at this location. Quality and customer service has tanked. Do yourself a favor and visit a different location to get the full enjoyable experience the brand should be offering for your money.

I purchase bundt cakes from this location quite often. I'm not sure who is preparing these cakes but, lately they have not been too good. I purchased the carrot cake last week and it was so dry I couldn't eat it. The bundt cakes haven't been to appealing either. I think I'm going to give bundt cakes a break for now.
