I don't know if it's because the holiday or what. Maybe they didn't want to work the day before thanksgivings but they really rush and put out sub par cakes. This is my first experience at this particular location in Cleveland, but the ones in Virginia beach I normal go to would never give out a cake like this. On top of the fact they seemed to rush everyone even tho it was no where near closing time. All the rushing only to forget to ice the cake and the took another 45 minutes to do that. Please take a look at the cake they gave for my mother's birthday. And unfortunately I didn't look at it before hand(although I should have known something was wrong cause other stores show the cake before taping the box) so we are stuck with this abomination because tomorrow is a holiday. Please try another location before going here.

I saw a rat running around in the store . Very unhygienic, cigarette buds on the floor, leaks in the ceiling , cake smeared on the doors just overall nasty

Customization is King! We were planning a birthday celebration at the house and the birthday girl said she wanted "a red velvet cake with no frosting". Um. How to do it? Nothing Bundt Cakes to the rescue. Nothing Bundt Cakes has 12 different flavors, 3 different frosting options (including the desired "no frosting") and so many customizable decoration options.Additionally, the cakes come in three sizes, full, mini Bundt and a cupcake sized Bundt option. The shop in South Euclid is clean and bright with more than ample parking. Online ordering is super simple and allows for all the custom choices to be made easily. Pick up was a breeze.At first, I thought the cake was small, but it was so rich and moist without being overly sweet and so filling that, yes, that size cake is 14 servings. My son, who is very picky, gave it high praise.
The staff who actually make the food wear hairnets as hats, if at all. Their filthy hair, down to their waist for some, is far to close to the food.

So I'd seen this place and knew people that had been there but I'd never tried. I'm home recuperating from surgery and my daughter bought me an individual bundtlet. I AM HOOKED!!! I usually don't eat anyone else's Bundt/pound cake because I am obsessed with the ones my Mother makes. I had the classic vanilla and it was so delicious! It was so moist and the icing was just enough, as I usually don't do icing. According to their website there are other flavors and I want to try them, but I'm sending my daughter back for another classic vanilla today. I can't wait until I'm able to visit the store in person.

My ENTIRE SERVICE from the start was horrible. I initially came in the store to purchase and they urged me to just go online instead. WOW…… guess I had too many questions for them. I finally ordered online…..When I went to pick up I was there at 5:20pm Store closed at 5pm as I thought it closed at 6pm….the staff were still there cleaning. Would not allow me in to pick up my cake, my tinis and balloons for my husbands surprise birthday party that day. I had to spend more money to purchase another cake else where. The store also, DID NOT call concerning my cake before they closed. When I called today regarding the cake a female by the name of Leslie stated that they normally call as a standard service, but no one called he. NO ONE AT ALL. Leslie advised that they would not be refunding my account back, and would not offer a store credit for what I purchased that was $150. Wasted and ruined what we had planned for the party. Leslie also hung the phone up on my face when I asked her for your company’s Corporate Phone Number! I am very upset and this needs to be rectified.

I have yet to attend this establishment, but do to the actions of managerial representatives from this company I will never attend.While at a public Cafe multiple representatives from this company were having a conference call with management from one of their locations, this should have been done privately, they had it on speaker phone. They went on to discuss how they want to handle employees, where I quote "We need to aggressively hire and aggressively fire..." was used to help expand their work force. I'd have preferred to enjoy my coffee in peace instead of listening to a 20+ minute conversation from people that don't understand how to run a business.
