My friend brought me here for lunch. We both ordered the same thing. Tomato soup & 1/2 tuna sandwich. We were told by the cashier that my friend's name would be called when the order was ready. We sat near where the order would be called. No one every called out her name. We were talking and I noticed nats flying around above us and they were on the wall where we were sitting. So, we moved to another table. So, after about 15 minutes or so I went to the counter to check to see if our order was ready. It was ready & I looked at it and noticed no spoons on the plate. So, I asked the young man for 2 spoons & 1 folk. He stated, I gave those to you. I said no you did not, look only 2 knives. He said oh, I got it and gave me what I asked for. I went back to my table. My friend & myself realized the soup was cold. My friend went to the counter to inform someone her soup was cold. The same young man I spoke to told her, there's the microwave. So, she went to microwave and heated her soup. So, she came back to the table and informed me the same. Then I took my cold soup and heated my soup as well. Now this young man was not exactly apologetic and seemed like he couldn't be bothered. We arrived at Panera around 12:30pm until we left on 1/7/2026. Also, I noticed nats on the wall as we were leaving the second table where we moved to. I didn't think about speaking with a manager. Hopefully, this review will be read by someone who can affect change and promote better service.

If I could give it a 0 I would the owners u better check on them in here and check who are u hiring Bunch of people who does not know what they are doing I order a sandwich it took them 30 min to tell that there is no tomato for it while the lady went to the back and brought it expecting me to wait an other 30 min neither my other food was ready !

The team lead during our visit on Monday September 1st was slow and inattentive. The drinks she made us were under portioned and she acted as if she couldn’t be bothered and commented that she couldn’t wait to leave. Other employees could be heard cussing and despite people waiting to be helped there was no sense of urgency.

Panera is a great spot when you want something quick and tasty. The broccoli cheddar soup is really good, and the grilled cheese sandwich is amazing. The pasta is pretty good too, but they put way too much sauce on it - and you can’t ask for less, which is annoying. The cookies are also a must try, they’re so good. Overall, it’s affordable, fast, and mostly great, just not a fan of how they handle the pasta.

I was not pleased with service they never called me to let me know my food was ready. The cashier never asked for a name to call the employee lied and said she called my name several times. To top it off I get home my soups were just broth and they served me salad no dressing smh! I spent $61 for terrible service and food! Thanks Panera I will not ever come back to this location ever!

Counter service was terrible stood at the counter for about 3-4 minutes one person walked by me and didn't ask if I needed help or anything took a young man clocking in for work to finally acknowledge me if I wasn't meeting there for a short meeting I would of left
The slowest moving Panera bread. Took 30 minutes to get 1 sandwich. Never seen workers move so slow in my life

They have a new soup of the season called Mexican Corn Chowder, very, very tasty 😋 and a half sandwich. Garden Caprese Melt is very, very tasty 😋

I went there this morning before work to get some coffee (at 8:45 am sunday) and they were closed. There was no sign on the door, there were people inside getting ready and food in the baskets and everything, just the doors were locked and the 3 different people in cars in the parking lot all got turned away. I don't know why they randomly closed and also why there wasn't a sign outside at least letting people know.
