There are a number of places to plug up your phone if you need to work, but the customer service is definitely lacking. The group behind the counter are loud. They kept cursing one another. I understand that labor is hard to find, but at least them be as professional as possible at work. More training is needed.

So I went to Panera Bread to have a meeting. We ordered food. The food was hot and we ordered dessert to go. The cookies was supposed to be soft. They were hard. I got the chocolate chip cookies.I love their chocolate chip cookies. But they was just too hard. And my bread my sandwiches was also hard on sandwiches so we just ate the meat out of it
The service was fine, however the bagels are oddly misshapen. Not sure I've ever had a bagel with such a unique shape.

Consistently terrible service from the front counter to the food prep. I can't remember ever seeing an employee smile or offer a kind word. I asked for a spoon and my request was met with contempt, like really? You just served me soup.

I specifically asked the lady at the register to make sure that I simply had salt and pepper on my sandwich. She said OK it comes with it .. I asked the lady who made my sandwich is there salt and pepper on my sandwich she looked at me and lied and said yes, I hit the road there is no salt and pepper on my sandwich. I just want salt and pepper. That’s absolutely not hard but to lie is unreal.

A sign of the times? Seems the only 1 baker they have threw in the bagel, so to speak. Without actually quitting the job. Panera South Euclid/Univ Hts needs revamped and refreshed with their bread and bagels, since that's what they're known for. This reflects on the crew working there without freshness. Panera, you need to live up to your mission statement that's posted on your wall. I tried you again since 3 years ago, it's the same dissatisfaction for the $$
Ordered totes in advance, nothing was ready. Hot tea came with hot water and packets. At least they packed a solid bag of coffee utensils and sugar!

Horrible experience, I go here all the time I took my son to the bathroom and they left bleach on the countertop and they destroyed my shirt the manager Gaslite me and blame me, for it reached out to corporate, and they still haven’t gotten back to me terrible way to treat your customers shame on you

I was running late and didn’t prepare lunch. I was ordering from Starbucks and noticed Panera in the same plaza. I order the Cesar salad with Chicken. I didn’t care for their dressing. It’s too “fishy”. I’m glad I had my Cesar dressing. The salad was fresh and the chicken was plentiful. I didn’t notice any Parmesan cheese on the salad, other than that, it was good. It also came with a baguette, which was fresh. I would most likely order again.

Really good first salads, great selection and good soups. Great vegan sandwich and lots of other good stuff. Especially sweet treats and bagels. Fresh food. A clean area to eat some myself service but a regular for us!

Went in and tried to place in order this morning? One girl working behind a counter 1 other girl with no apron on 1 person sitting in there on a computer 1 person ordering something in front of me the. Girl screwed up his order didn't know how to minus a blueberry muffin off the cash register. She was charging for because he Change to mind to get spinach artichoke calls the girl out. She doesn't know how to clear the register. I waste 10 minutes of my break trying to get something to eat never got service will never go back.
