Ordered 2 cheese steaks. 1 with everything on it. One with only mayo, light grilled onions and grilled mushrooms. Both came the same but with no grilled mushrooms. Also ordered 2 “summer squeeze” lemonades. What I got instead was 2 watered down un sweetened iced teas. Tastes like they were cleaning out the machine. Absolutely gross
I’ve been a regular customer at the Penn Station in South Euclid, always ordering the artichoke sandwich and a medium fry. I’ve noticed that the staff is constantly changing, but this last visit was particularly disappointing and unacceptable.
When I went in on May 24, there was an issue during checkout. I inserted my card, it showed “approved,” but then their register errored out. I had to wait around 10 minutes while their system rebooted. By the time I got my food, it was cold.
What made the situation worse was the behavior of the new General Manager, John. He was rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in empathy. Instead of apologizing or trying to make things right, he was condescending, talked over me, and showed zero concern for the inconvenience I experienced.
When I told him I was unhappy and asked what he thought should be done, his response was dismissive and unhelpful. This is not how customers should be treated, especially loyal ones who spend their hard-earned money regularly.
Every customer matters, and so does every penny spent. I won’t be spending another one at this location as long as that kind of management behavior is tolerated. John should be setting a positive example — instead, he made me feel unwelcome and unheard. Do better.

I am very satisfied with the service here. I placed an online order in the shopping plaza and upon driving over for pick up it was ready shortly after arriving inside. The clerk was very nice and polite and my food was made to order and very fresh and good! Thank you
One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had I told the manger my fries were cold … his response was that’s not my problem fries are fries lol … you go to this one vs the one out in mentor night and day

Spent 30 minutes waiting for a small cheeseteak and fries while the employees stood around openly talking about getting high. So I asked the checkout girl, to her face, eye contact, if she knew anything about my order and was blatantly ignored, twice, no joke.
All drink selections had no syrup or carbonation
Y'all suck bad for real never coming back here.
(Edit: the fries and cheesesteak I waited 30 minutes for, came out cold, hard, and unsatisfying)
The location has gotten ghetto. No uniform shirts in site...sagging jeans. ..loud unprofessional behavior. Where is the leadership at this location??? They aren't taught to be professional once customers walk in? This is a indication that the leaders aren't doing their job. Teach these young works to set standards! This is why chic fila will remain top tier. Do better
Perennially busy but they do a decent job here.
I doordashed a Philly chicken Sub..was cold and bacon was never cooked, thank heavens I ordered online got a credit from them. I won't be ordering from this place. Disappointed ☹️
My order was cancelled after waiting a hour and a half and taking my $38 and now I have no food or money to feed my kids. This is crazy that yall scam me out of my money with no reason why the order was cancelled not even an effort to try to reorder it for me and complete the delivery this time. And to say on the phone when I called delivery support that I have to wait 10 days for a refund. This is wrong on so many levels. I even waited to speak with a supervisor and never got one.
Did not appreciate going into the store this evening. I was told that they had no fries and they were only taking credit card orders. This was on a Saturday and it was 9:05p.m. The individuals weren't rude and the store was clean but there was clearly and early shut down in progress. I'm a business owner and I would be highly upset at this practice!

Usually my experiences have been very good. But twice I have stopped to pick up a sub and it was closed, it was 9:40 pm. It's clearly printed on the front window that it's not supposed to close until 10pm.
What happened to this place. Used to he excellent. Employees on their phones not doing anything. Man I'm disappointed
Gabby is such a doll! She took care of our office lunch with an exceptional attitude. She was very pleasant! Food was very tasty!

I went inside as a dasher and soon as I walked in I wanted to cancel the order I accepted. I spoke to the workers (2 young ladies and a young man) nobody spoke back. The young man seemed to be the only one working while they ALL had a conversation non work related. Everyone had their phones out one playing music, another in a bonnet leaning on the station. Another just scrolling as the young man made the sandwich. I didn't see any team effort into making my order, neither of the girls stopped to think to help get an item. My order had a dessert l, fries a drink and sandwich. I feel like they could have stepped in and made themselves useful. I was the only customer there waiting....after 5min I just left, I could no longer stand around and hear their outside conversation as they took their precious time serving me. I will not take any more orders from this location, it wasn't the wait that made me upset but the lack of team effort to get me out and the unprofessional conversation and lack of communication, I've never eaten at Penn station and if I do it won't be the south euclid location.
