Perennially busy but they do a decent job here.

Did not appreciate going into the store this evening. I was told that they had no fries and they were only taking credit card orders. This was on a Saturday and it was 9:05p.m. The individuals weren't rude and the store was clean but there was clearly and early shut down in progress. I'm a business owner and I would be highly upset at this practice!

Order 2 chicken philly.1 with everything except cheese. I received chicken only. 2nd sandwich, everything , including lettuce & tomatoes, except mushrooms. I received chicken and cheese only.

Usually my experiences have been very good. But twice I have stopped to pick up a sub and it was closed, it was 9:40 pm. It's clearly printed on the front window that it's not supposed to close until 10pm.

What happened to this place. Used to he excellent. Employees on their phones not doing anything. Man I'm disappointed

Gabby is such a doll! She took care of our office lunch with an exceptional attitude. She was very pleasant! Food was very tasty!

I went inside as a dasher and soon as I walked in I wanted to cancel the order I accepted. I spoke to the workers (2 young ladies and a young man) nobody spoke back. The young man seemed to be the only one working while they ALL had a conversation non work related. Everyone had their phones out one playing music, another in a bonnet leaning on the station. Another just scrolling as the young man made the sandwich. I didn't see any team effort into making my order, neither of the girls stopped to think to help get an item. My order had a dessert l, fries a drink and sandwich. I feel like they could have stepped in and made themselves useful. I was the only customer there waiting....after 5min I just left, I could no longer stand around and hear their outside conversation as they took their precious time serving me. I will not take any more orders from this location, it wasn't the wait that made me upset but the lack of team effort to get me out and the unprofessional conversation and lack of communication, I've never eaten at Penn station and if I do it won't be the south euclid location.

Just don’t come here close to closing time on a weekday. They were screwing up orders tonight. Nice kids but they were having so much fun they didn’t focus on the orders tonight

An hour to close, my fries were not done, at all. My bread was soggy. Complete waste of money. That’s on me, should’ve checked my bag, before I left. A business can still provide quality food, to customers, within an hour of closing time. Feels like a bunch of kids are running the store. Not sure if I’ll be back.

Every time I go to this location you have a younger crew working and they are professional they are always carrying on personal conversations loud laughing not taking care of the customers . They act like junior high kid. Someone really need to come in and manage them.

WELL THIS IS MY 2ND TIME HAVING PENN STATION ARD 16YRS AGO IT WAS A DIFFERENT LOCATION BISTA WAY GARFIELD WASN'T A FAN OF THE STEAK SUB. NOW DURING THIS VISIT WALKED IN WE WERE GREETED BY JERRY HE WAS A SWEETHEART IT TOOK ME A MIN TO FIGURE OUT WHAT I WANTED. I ORDERED THE CHICKEN TERIYAKI W/ ONIONS, MUSHROOMS, HE SAID BELL PEPPERS BUT THESE WERE BANANA PEPPERS INSTEAD. I GOT HM THAT SUB WAS SALTY THE FRIES AREN'T ANYTHING SPECIAL EITHER. SO A $20.48 WASTE ? OF $$ I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. I RATED THE WAY I DID THE {4☆} WAS FOR JERRY THE FEMALES THERE DIDN'T SPEAK BK {1} FEMALE HAD A BONNET ON THAT'S DISGUSTING & RIDICULOUS.

I haven’t ate here for over a year and now I see why. I ordered 2 steak sandwiches and it barely had any onions beef or mushrooms. Like half of my 13 inch was all bread no nothing. Spending $14 bucks on a sandwich that’s mostly bread is a a big scam. Y’all gotta do better add more meat to these subs. I literally ate my sandwich in 5 minutes and went straight to chipotle.

I started not to order because there was a young dark skinned young lady with braids sitting her butt on the table that the slicer and Saran Wrap is kept . And I know food is prepped there too! She did nothing the whole time but sit on that table, saying any and everything nonprofessional. Had she been working, she wouldn’t have distracted the young man making my food. My sandwich was very salty and I asked for mayonnaise(it’s on my sandwich receipt but not on my sandwich).And the music was too loud and not appropriate. Now the young lady that cashed me out was sweet and professional. And stayed very busy, unlike the other 3 employees. I should’ve known I wasn’t going to be able to enjoy my food. Just from seeing what I say as I walked in. I know working in fast food and dealing with crazy customers wears you down, so I try to be as courteous and respectful to workers as I can. But when I pay $25 for one person, I expect my food to be correct. The wait only upsets me when I food is inedible. It’ll definitely be awhile before I come back or recommend here. The 4 stars is totally for the young lady that cashed me out and bagged my food. Her teammates weren’t holding their weight!
