Penn Station East Coast Subs

I ordered 4 subs. All 4 made wrong.$68 waste of money. All 4 sandwiches had banana peppers that I didn't ask for on any sandwiches. Absolutely the smallest amount of meat and toppings. The cook complaining about he not taking anymore orders. Its a snow storm today so I'm not driving back. They Absolutely ruined my family's entire dinner. This is absolutely the worst location in cleveland. Im unable to upload the pictures of this mess. I wish everyone could see it

super friendly staff, it’s hard to keep a smile in customer service these days but they keep the positivity. subs are top notch, prefer this over subway and jersey mikes. staff makes experience awesome

Ordered a mega cheesesteak for lunch. I’ve been to Penn Station for over 10yrs and I’m very aware of how things work. I ordered the sandwich and was asked mushrooms, onions, banana peppers mayo? I told the cashier onions and mayo! I received banana peppers along with American cheese on my sandwich. When I explained to them I didn’t want banana peppers I was told that’s how the sandwich comes and that’s it. I wasn’t offered a remake or anything i was forced to eat it as is or not at all. Now happy at all with the way this was handled zero stars if possible customers shouldn’t be forced to eat what they didn’t ask for

Amazong staff!! Very impressed. Especially after being treated so rudely at Walmart, head over to Penn Station for a quick bite and they turned my day around with how friendly they were!

I asked for onions and banana peppers and mayo on my sandwich the onions and peppers were barely cooked was like they put them in the grill and took them right off it was like having raw onionions on the sandwich and there was way to many of them and if any mayo was on the sandwich you sure could not tell the sandwich was very dry.

If you know you close at a certain time that happens to be before the time listed on google, update your website or DoorDash because why would you take my money and order hair for my dasher to say you are closed ? You guys weren’t closed when I was ordering

I ordered door dash and left a nice tip for the dasher only to receive an incorrect order. I drove there to advise and have my food prepared. They were nice about it. By the time I got home, the bag was soaked with grease it ripped and food fell to the ground. The sandwich is overly soaked in grease. Disgusting and not edible.

I always forget there is a Penn Station in South Euclid. The staff seemed pretty friendly and efficient. Food was good and I did not wait very long for my to go order. Definitely will stop back in again soon 👍🏼

I ordered a Philly cheese steak with nothing but meat and cheese. It came with onions, mushrooms, and mayo, which I can't eat because of allergies. When I told them this, they said I was lying. I panicked and went to the car because I'm scared of confrontation while my boyfriend asked then to remake it, and suddenly they were super apologetic but said we weren't allowed to eat in the store before they closed in twenty-two minutes. When we got home, we discovered they'd skipped the cheese and put nothing but undrained meat on the sandwich to punish me. The un-grilled bread was soaked with grease. It was entirely incredible; it was literally just mush. I'd been at the hospital all day and hadn't eaten, but I guess all that matters is that they got to punish me.

Ordered 2 cheese steaks. 1 with everything on it. One with only mayo, light grilled onions and grilled mushrooms. Both came the same but with no grilled mushrooms. Also ordered 2 “summer squeeze” lemonades. What I got instead was 2 watered down un sweetened iced teas. Tastes like they were cleaning out the machine. Absolutely gross

I’ve been a regular customer at the Penn Station in South Euclid, always ordering the artichoke sandwich and a medium fry. I’ve noticed that the staff is constantly changing, but this last visit was particularly disappointing and unacceptable.

When I went in on May 24, there was an issue during checkout. I inserted my card, it showed “approved,” but then their register errored out. I had to wait around 10 minutes while their system rebooted. By the time I got my food, it was cold.

What made the situation worse was the behavior of the new General Manager, John. He was rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in empathy. Instead of apologizing or trying to make things right, he was condescending, talked over me, and showed zero concern for the inconvenience I experienced.

When I told him I was unhappy and asked what he thought should be done, his response was dismissive and unhelpful. This is not how customers should be treated, especially loyal ones who spend their hard-earned money regularly.

Every customer matters, and so does every penny spent. I won’t be spending another one at this location as long as that kind of management behavior is tolerated. John should be setting a positive example — instead, he made me feel unwelcome and unheard. Do better.

I am very satisfied with the service here. I placed an online order in the shopping plaza and upon driving over for pick up it was ready shortly after arriving inside. The clerk was very nice and polite and my food was made to order and very fresh and good! Thank you

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had I told the manger my fries were cold … his response was that’s not my problem fries are fries lol … you go to this one vs the one out in mentor night and day
