NOW DURING THIS VISIT WALKED IN WE WERE GREETED BY JERRY HE WAS A SWEETHEART IT TOOK ME A MIN TO FIGURE OUT WHAT I WANTED. I ORDERED THE CHICKEN TERIYAKI W/ ONIONS, MUSHROOMS, HE SAID BELL PEPPERS BUT THESE WERE BANANA PEPPERS INSTEAD. I GOT HM THAT SUB WAS SALTY THE FRIES AREN'T ANYTHING SPECIAL EITHER. SO A $20.48 WASTE ? OF $$ I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. I RATED THE WAY I DID THE {4☆} WAS FOR JERRY THE FEMALES THERE DIDN'T SPEAK BK {1} FEMALE HAD A BONNET ON THAT'S DISGUSTING & RIDICULOUS.

I haven’t ate here for over a year and now I see why. I ordered 2 steak sandwiches and it barely had any onions beef or mushrooms. Like half of my 13 inch was all bread no nothing. Spending $14 bucks on a sandwich that’s mostly bread is a a big scam. Y’all gotta do better add more meat to these subs. I literally ate my sandwich in 5 minutes and went straight to chipotle.

I started not to order because there was a young dark skinned young lady with braids sitting her butt on the table that the slicer and Saran Wrap is kept . And I know food is prepped there too! She did nothing the whole time but sit on that table, saying any and everything nonprofessional. Had she been working, she wouldn’t have distracted the young man making my food. My sandwich was very salty and I asked for mayonnaise(it’s on my sandwich receipt but not on my sandwich).And the music was too loud and not appropriate. Now the young lady that cashed me out was sweet and professional. And stayed very busy, unlike the other 3 employees. I should’ve known I wasn’t going to be able to enjoy my food. Just from seeing what I say as I walked in. I know working in fast food and dealing with crazy customers wears you down, so I try to be as courteous and respectful to workers as I can. But when I pay $25 for one person, I expect my food to be correct. The wait only upsets me when I food is inedible. It’ll definitely be awhile before I come back or recommend here. The 4 stars is totally for the young lady that cashed me out and bagged my food. Her teammates weren’t holding their weight!

The only reason it’s not a one is the food is good. 4 young people working and the only one really working was the young man on the grill. A woman walked in right before me and we stood and waited for someone to take our worker while two employees were in the back and the other young woman sat on the counter in front of us on her phone. The young man on the grill saw us and that no one was helping and called for someone on the back to take the orders. My sandwich was good. The fires weee good too but I ordered them extra crispy and that definitely wasn’t done. God forbid one of the three lazy employees have to do their job. They were loud, lazy and on phones the whole time. This location needs a leader.

This place is horrible. I love Penn Station but I will never return here. They gave us the wrong food and a small french fry in a large container. Everything was smashed for some reason. We called to complain and they refused to give us a refund, they will only replace the food if we come back. We aren't coming back. Terrible food, terrible service.

I get the same order from penn station everytime. First time to this location and i wont be back. Large dagwood. They added onions, Mushrooms and some sauce. I didnt ask for any of that and the cut wasnt even close to the middle. The sub was a large and they cut 2 inches from the end so 1 very long side and 1 very short. All that and to charge me 4-5$ more than any other location. Been getting the same order for over a decade. Never been over 20$

Just sent to Penn Station. The food is good but the tall guy working the counter has absolutely no people skills whatsoever!!!!! Training should help if it doesn't, then that's a bad look for Peen Station.
Horrible. There is a cute personable young lady taking orders. Another friendly young lady is cooking. The boy cashing me out was rude and lacked luster. He was dirty. He asked me to get my own ice. I told him I didn't have to have a lemonade if I had to serve myself. The store wasn't as clean as I remembered. He had an inability to speak English or complete sentences. "Yeah, get some ice for me" is how he spoke to me. Rude doesn't explain how poorly his behavior was. Plus, to belittle customers in the store is outrageous. I would hire the girls in a heartbeat. They were wonderful.

My Daughter went to the one in South Euclid and place my order they were watching TV too much to get the order straight plus they were talking about the night before. My sandwich was completely wrong plus my daughter was looking at them talking about what they're going to do tonight the print out was right but the sandwich was wrong so I went back to PS and explained about my sandwich being wrong the man that was making the sandwich said I made a mistake gave him the printout it was right on the printout I also advise him that I did not like the way he treated my daughter ask to speak to the manager the manager that was on duty was the one that got smart with me JORDAN so you don't have to worry about me going there anymore I ask to speak to someone in charge and he said that there is no one I can talk to very rude, nasty.
