I love this restaurant. Every time I'm in Cleveland, this is definitely one of my first spots to stop. I love my Basil Pesto Pasta. I generally go to the Beach wood locations, but the last time there, the service sucked. Sometimes I really dislike dealing with teens and some young adults, they act as if your bothering them to DO THEIR job, and they don't listen so you have to tell them your order numerous times. I wish they would leave there earpods in there pocket.
The next location I tried when recently visiting Cleveland, was the South Euclid location. I loved the all around experience. They were very polite and tentative. They greeted us as we came in and was ready to take our order. Everything was correct and everyone was just so pleasant. Since I've fell in love with this franchise, I won't stop going, I'll just pay more attention to the time of day and location I choose to spend my money at.😉

Staff at Cedar road is always fast prompt , gives great service, Food is always fresh! Che, Kool, Essence are very polite and professional!

The food was decent, though definitely not Italian "street food". (I spent many years in Italy) And for the atmosphere, way overpriced! We got there about 45 minutes before closing, but one staff member told us we could not sit and eat. They then proceeded to sweep the floor near us, and give us dirty looks. I will not be back.

My experience at this Piada was amazing! Especially Dewan, as he helped me decide what rolled piada I should buy and he actually made it custom and it was so delicious!! Because of Dewan I have come to Piada atleast twice a week ordering the avocado piada with crispy chicken! Thank you Dewan for my new favorite meal!!
