Worst Popeye's I've ever been to. Rude employees, filthy restaurant. The wait time is ridiculously long. I put In a online order 20 minutes before I got there. So when I get here I'm told to pull around and the food will be out. Waited almost 30 minutes until the food was brought out. Had to mention they never even brought us our drinks. Which apparently they were out of, so instead of asking us what we would like instead they just didn't bring out any drinks. I'm not sure how this establishment is still active. The area is not in a terrible location, it's the neglect of everything else. Nobody cares about timely manner here. Nobody cares to clean up the store. This is my last time going to this Popeyes. Clean up your establishment and actually care about people's time. Lunch rushes just don't pop out of nowhere. Slow food, terrible service. Stay awayv

The closing shift tonight ( 9/30) was absolutely AMAZING. I had a very unplanned evening and Popeyes was the only quick option near by. I do not like going to places close to closing as a person who has worked many closing shifts at restaurants. The staff was friendly, patient and quick. The food was made fresh and every single person who worked tonight was helpful.

Every time I come to this Popeyes in South Euclid I have a problem with either the service or the food. The young people that they have working here are clueless and can be very rude. I ordered an 8pc chicken only and it was $22.99. While waiting, I see a poster on the front window (none on the side where I parked near the entrance door) for a 10pc for $16.99. I hadn’t received my food yet so I asked the cashier to refund me my money for the 8pc and charge me for the 10pc instead since it was cheaper. She called the manager to the front and he told me that they don’t give refunds. I asked him again nicely to refund me my money, I haven’t even gotten me my food yet. He acted like he was refunding me my money but instead he was recharging me $22.99 again for an 8pc on top of $16.99 for the 10pc. I immediately showed him my bank account as proof. He then said he needed my card and took it to the back office and came back to say the refund was completed. Never did he give me a receipt. I called my back and disputed both charges for $22.99 and also canceled my card because I have no idea what he did with my debit card while he was in the back office. I didn’t trust it. This is THE WORSE Popeyes! I have learned my lesson and will take my business elsewhere. They really need to close this restaurant down. Too many young people with attitudes and they don’t care about anything.

The staff is incompetent no one knows what they are doing. This location needs to be shutdown and all new staff needs to be hired. This is the worst location to go to. The managers are rude and vulgar. They have no concept of what good customer service is. Unfortunately no one who works at this location should be employed in the service industry. NEVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU GO HERE TO EAT
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrendous service and honestly the food wasn’t much better. I paid for my food and they asked me to pull up and wait. 10 minutes after waiting, a guy comes out and asks if I wanted to still wait for the sandwich I ordered, I ask how long is the wait and they told me 15 minutes after waiting already. They just said they could give me a wrap instead and even though it didn’t cost as much as the sandwich I agreed. They brought all the food out and everything including the wraps were wrong plus the tenders were cold. I went out to go show them the wrong order and while I’m walking in there was a lady in her car saying her chicken was wrong and the employee looked and then said “oh this is yours” to me. I didn’t want food that someone just touched so I told her I want fresh chicken. She said she wouldn’t do that and I would have to speak with the manager. So I did. The manager had slides and dirty finger nails. The people in the back had no gloves on. They ended up giving us what we asked for but the wraps had no sauce and because I said the tenders in the wraps were cold, the clearly just microwaved the wraps, lettuce and all. My sandwich was all breading no chicken. Needless to say I won’t be returning. They’re don’t care about good service, cleanliness or quality. But I know that now from going there and now seeing the ratings are so low. Shut it down.
We've been to this location three times. We ordered the same thing every time we go which is a bundle box split regular and spicy they never get the order right ever. It will be the last time we go we wanted to wash our hands after a long day of work both bathrooms are out of order there's paper and stuff all over the floor. It's just not a well-run restaurant.
Warning, do not go there at all!!! Ordered food through mobile order. Waited 45 minutes to an hour just to get to speaker. They said come up to the window. Can you sit some more! Then they said to go out the door. Then they don’t know what I ordered.. then they said they have no food. Then they said they cannot give me a refund. They don’t know how.!!! this is not the first time
Additionally, if you don’t have food that you’re trying to sell, why are you trying to sell and take orders for food that you don’t have or you refuse to make?
The bathroom was disgusting Nats were flying around the toilet that means it hasn't been cleaned in a long while I had just came in when it first opened for the day so that says alot about this location the manager seems not to care if he is not checking behind these young employees i would not be dining in again at all and I service this location so I seen first hand
Took me 30 minutes to get a chicken sandwich and I was the second person there
I ordered a 12 piece family meal with an additional large side and 6 jalapeños. I paid $48.17. Once I got home I noticed they only gave me a 8 piece family meal and one of the orders of mashed potatoes were half filled. I tried to call several times and no one answers the phone. I don't want to drive back up there because its 20 minutes to get there and 20 minutes back not including waiting in line. I would like to be refunded back and only charged for what was given to me. I will not patronize this South Euclid location ever again. I wouldn't have given a 1 star but Google requires at least that.

Came in here to door dash and the manager was being real rude and was lying to me saying his bathroom was broken down so I couldn’t use it… Popeyes gets a ton of money from door dashers but can’t give them the dignity of the bathroom.
This is the worst restaurant i have ever seen in my entire life. The staff here is so horrible and so disgusting and disrespectful. I can’t believe that a company would allow a location like this to exist. I have been to this location multiple times and had interaction with all employees. Every single one of them is sad excuse for an employee. Hope this place gets shut down. And everyone should be fired.

I went into this location as a dasher and omg it was unbelievable.....the whole staff was a mess. They joked around, cursed, sat on counters exchanging food with Penn station but not serving customers. The manager was even more rude told a customer she shouldn't have came inside he said he'll be out there when the food was ready. He told his crew member "don't let these people in here once the doors are locked" all while this sweet older lady was standing right there making her uncomfortable. I waited over 10min before finally getting the food and sadly I wouldn't know what the hell they gave me because it isn't for me to check orders if it's not a drink. I will never ever go back to this popeyes even if they were giving away chicken.
