I don't think I've ever been as outraged! I ordered on the app and it said I could come inside and pick it up when I got there. Well, inside was closed due to short staffing, we were told. I saw an employee coming out and asked could she go get my order, as it was paid for. She said she could not because the door was locked and she couldn't get back in.So I decided to wait in the ridiculously long drive-thru. In about 50 minutes when I finally got to the order kiosk, I was told they couldn't find my order! I waited another half hour to get to the window. The young lady waiting on me was very nice, but needed a manager. She went and spoke to the manager a couple times and returned with answers that made no sense. I asked to speak to the manager herself, but she refused to come speak to me...UNACCEPTABLE! Then they were out of what I ordered! (Chicken sandwich). So I ordered something else and finally got food! I probably spent over an hour and a half in that line! I should have done what most of the other people in the line did...just leave! I am completely DONE with the South Euclid Popeye's!!!

Inconsistent food service, very poor customer service, and overall a lackluster experience. The listed phone number is not the correct phone number, it takes you to an urgent care facility. Disappointing at best , I would not recommend this

2.6 stars? Really? This place is 5 star all day, baby! The food was great, the workers were fantastic, shout out to the nice young man who gave me my food yesterday around 5-5:30pm! The only thing to complain about is the horrible speaker at the drive through, but that’s an equipment problem, not a food or people problem. Hey guys, you’re the unsung hero’s of fast food, you did a great job of getting me my fish sandwiches and popcorn shrimp. Thank you and keep smiling… You have the best smiles.

Only one other customer in line ahead. Placed order for 12 tenders. It's 25 min. later.....still waiting. No one working behind counter or in kitchen has *any* sense of urgency. Not a single smile or reaction by any worker. Manager came up on her. ell phone, looked around, returned to the back on her cell..to hide, presumably, because she has no interest in managing the store. We're just customers..no big deal. Avoid at all costs.

Stay away from this place. Extremely longlines. Expect to be there for 30 minutes or more. Staff laughs and plays while likes are wrapping around the bldg and in the lobby. Blasts rap music. Manager does nothing. Grabs chicken off the line and takes it in the back, totally unbothered by the line. This was my experience at this location each time I went. I will never go back. Horrible place. Reported to customer care. No response. I cannot see this place staying open operating like this

1. Service was very slow, even though the line was short.2. Ordered the 12 piece family meal, which was $37. It was supposed to come with 6 biscuits and two LARGE sides. Instead, they gave us three very small sides AND they forgot the biscuits.3. The employee’s work shirt was disgustingly dirty for him to be handling food.
